應該是泗縣最好的酒店了，房間很寬敞，設施齊備，透過窗户就能看見對面的中央公園，景色非常優美，房間乾淨安靜整齊，打掃的也很衞生，周邊有很多吃喝玩樂的地方，停車位充足，交通便利，服務人員主動熱情。自助早餐也很好，很推薦。

去年這時候路過這裏，曾住過這個酒店，感覺不錯，所以今年又路過這裏時，再次入住，還是去年的那個感覺：不錯。明年還會路過這裏的，到時候還會入住這裏，但願還是不錯的感覺。

利用三天假期，回來和朋友小聚一下，選擇了入住開元。酒店22年開業運營到現在已經住過好幾次了，也是縣城內酒店行業的第一招牌，從第一次剛開業不久入住時某些體驗感不佳，到現在能感受到各方面一點點在進步（前台工作人員的專業素養和客房樓層工作人員的友善以及二樓早餐工作人員接待時的主動問好與笑容）都留下了不錯的印象，要説唯一的小插曲，就是早餐時的食品供應補充沒跟上，10點早餐結束時間，但是8點多去的時候，不少食物都已經空了，也沒有太多的選擇，可能是假期入住率高人多造成，但還是希望酒店方能做好預判預案，總的來説還是不錯的。

首先服務要打超5分，我們是路過泗縣，徐州的住宿又差又貴，果斷夜裡多行100多公里到了泗縣開元，非常棒，床大，面積也大，乾濕分離，從入住時的前台到早餐前台，收拾衞生的阿姨，小哥，師傅，到退房時的前台，每一個遇到的酒店工作人員 服務態度都非常好。早餐非常豐富，女兒貪睡沒去餐廳，我打包了幾個小麪包，沒想到超乎想象的好，後來向前打聽，説是酒店面點師傅自己做的。但作為品牌星級酒店，衞生還需要進一步改進，比如茶吧枱有水漬，衞生間有小飛蟲等也已跟酒店提了建議，都已接納，如果有緣再路過泗縣，我還會毫不猶豫的選擇這家。

途徑宿州，在泗縣留宿一晚，得到意外驚喜，酒店經理熱情介紹了自助餐非常滿意，酒店硬件也非常好，軟件因為時間太短沒來得及體會，但是從酒店經理的熱情來看也一定不會差，下次途徑宿州還是首選，對了附近還有個奧特萊斯沒去看看，總之是旅途中一段滿意的一站。
