首先前台不專業 到了還問訂的是什麼房型 我想請問一下客人來之前你們不做預訂嗎 10點大廳燈就關了 這個點睡覺合適嗎 也不告知幾樓就給個房卡 裝修就像快捷酒店 空間小 沒有圖片那麼大 與酒店外表也不符合 這些都算了都能忍受 你房間裏面哪能就裝一片窗簾 夏天天亮又早 6點多房間裏面就刺眼 7點多實在受不了退房了
