住過這麼多全季，這家服務是最差的，明明訂房的時候有水果，每次都得問前台才給，有時乾脆不給，前台還説要鉑金才送，訂單上明明有寫，開房的時候都不看訂單的嗎，每週出差都有去住，都住快大半年了，前台每次去住的時候，都像不認識一樣的，和別的全季比，服務差了不是一點半點，有時候去住的時候，行李較多，明明前台和工作人員看到了，也沒人幫開門，就看着客人，一邊推行李，一邊用背揹着去開門，有時候落了東西在酒店，也從來不主動打電話給客人，都是客人打電話主動去問才説，有時候打前台電話壓根打不通。真不知道這酒店是怎麼管理和培訓服務員的
