Paradise Valley Hotels with Shuttle Service

BEEARE OF BED BUGS here. Check the beds have been changed properly and inspect before sleeping here. I’m devastated to leave this type of review since the location of this resort was gorgeous. The management on the other hand is leaving me no choice or relief from being chewed up by bedbugs from my stay there. I was there for a work conference. Landed and checked in Thursday, checked out Sunday. After being in full conference mode, Sunday I woke up in bed super itchy. My first thought was: mosquitoes must have enjoyed me last night since I walked the hotel grounds after exhibiting hours. Since I was checking out that day, I packed up and didn’t think anything of it. Monday I woke up at home with a trail of bites all over my back, stomach, chest, neck, and scalp. I looked up what this could be and all signs pointed to bed bugs bites. When contacting the hotel to notify them, they immediately said “why didn’t I let them know when I was still on the grounds? We’ll send someone out to inspect the room.” Almost a week later I receive an update. “No bed bugs found in the room.” I’ve requested the report and crickets, hence my review.
