The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

LLauraM313It’s a Sisney property resort, so you get early entry. It’s clean with comfortable beds. Rooms are basic but fine. Food court is adequate. Pool is nice. They lost my luggage at one point but did find it quickly.

NNu197Location is great, near McDonald’s and others. The carpet at walk way area in front of the rooms is very old and smell bad, but inside room is okay. There is a shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom but there is only one time and if you want to enter the park early, then you have to take taxi there anyway but it’s not too far from Disney’s so taxi cost is approximately ＞$20. Breakfast is good!

CCCciweiThe room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself.
I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent.
The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

GGuest UserCK in desk was best I have ever experienced and I have been traveling all my life, now age 66. I chose to always eat fabulous roast beef sandwiches from the Deli on basement floor! The hotel is all about service. People were there from all over the world. I have a service dog and they were VERY accommodating, unlike last TRIP Hotel i stay at that illegally charged me $200, so I simply left at 10 p.m. for their telling me this after I moved in. It is illegal to forced payment of a Service Dog. Thank you OMNI for knowing this!

GGuest UserFirst, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

GGuest UserVicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again.

JJanet CallI took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

AAnonymous UserFor the price I have absolutely no complaints. Got better than expected. The front desk was extremely helpful and maid service was there if I needed. Except for the time it takes to get my deposit back. A different place I stayed recently I had my deposit back in an hour after checkout.
