I have a bad experience with this hotel. My mum accidentally left her bag inside our room before we checkout and when we asked about the bag, it’s already gone. We are so sure that they took our bag because we only left the hotel for like a few hours and no other guest after us. But the housekeeper said nothing was left behind which was a lie!

GGuest UserWas not expecting much except for clean room but this place pleasantly surprised me😀 Room is actually big , clean and has hotel amenities, even disposable slippers You got to check out the infinity pool, excellent view I tried the thai restaurant and i got my drinks from duty free shop within walking distance This place meets my checklist and i would recommend it to others Cheers

CCrispyongLocated on the far west of Johor. It's not accessible unless you are driving. It's a pretty zen place with a scenic view of the coast. Amenities wise, there isn't much except for the water park which was quite run down. The swimming pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned and serviced for a long time and you can see the murky waters. Food wise was alright. Nothing fantastic. But if u want a quiet place to just zone out and rest, this would be an ideal place.

YYouyou_Liang24 hours receptionist very good service even I check in midnight they still hold room for me. I book for single room very unique , vwry suitable for those travel alone for travel for work alone. Toothbrush provided , I forgot to bring mine. Recommend to bring own towel cause their white towel looks dirty. Nearby many restaurant , Malay shop , burger stall even Self service Dobi and also 99 speedmart just next shop.

LLuqmanSabriit is one of a great and clean hotel that i’ve been for a shop or building hotel lot. it is not that expensive and the best part is their breakfast services. small yet a lot of foods served and exceptional waiters that working in fast pace. i suggest the hotel could train a little bit more of that.

GGuest UserWith this price we pay, I would say it’s consider good. I booked a room with breakfast. Room was relax view and good. Bed consider ok. Just one thing, the lift it’s long, as breakfast time it’s only function one lift. End up checking out the lift it’s spoil. Over experience still good with the price and look ok.

GGuest User+ comfortable room and toilet + super value for money. We stay only one night upon arriving at Johor as its only to rest and sleep. We reached late, so thought it would be cheaper to book here. This is just a tip for those who are travelling with tight budget + got breakfast spot nearby. Mamak stall which open 24hr, so its convenient + 15min away from Legoland - shower abit hard to switch from the pipe mode to shower moe - iron has burnt mark which need to be careful. I would suggest hotel to change to steam iron - outside parking area has bad smell, but small matter as you ll be there for few minutes only. Maybe they should move the garbage bin abit far away

OOlgaWe needed an hotel near Lego park, but all hotels were booked for the long weekend in Singapore. This hotel is an amazing choice not far from Legoland with lots of amazing restaraunts nearby. The only thing we disliked is the door between the hotel rooms - our neighbor coughed from 4 am to 7 am so we couldn't sleep.

NNUR FATINIThe stay was far from pleasant. The pillows had a horrible smell, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the door required a lot of force to close, creating a loud noise that likely disturbed the entire floor. It was frustrating and inconvenient. This hotel definitely needs improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

JJudyPositive feedback: *Unit 4105 was generally well maintained and clean. *Was concerned that the unit may have cigarette smoke smell since smoking is allowed, but am thankful we didn’t find any malodour issues with it. *In terms of housekeeping, response from the team was quick - when I requested for additional floor mats and when I mistakenly enquired about provision of bath towels. *We could get pretty nice views from the unit and the location is convenient to walk to the financial hub, food eateries/restaurants, KK Mart, beach, etc2. Opportunities for improvement: *Had to follow-up and ask for check in info, which was sent just before 2.00pm on day of check in. *Check in was delayed until about 4.30pm; was made to wait, follow up and chase, with reason given that property was fully booked the day before and there were too many units to clean! *Check out time was revised from 12.00pm to 11.00am, but notification was sent through whatsapp at 9.20am on check out day, which I was not aware of until about 11.09am when I check my messages. (Note: But pic agreed when I said we will check out at 12pm since we check in late and they informed us late about the change of timing.)
