Outstanding

Although the exterior looks a bit dated, the rooms have clearly had a makeover. They have clean lines and all the modern touches. The large windows provide stunning views out to the surrounding mountains. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but maybe beaucse of Covid there is no buffet--you order from waiters and they serve you. In addition to their dining room, there is a cafe/pasterleria with some tasty alfajores and good coffee drinks. The staff is efficient and quite friendly, and the room rates are reasonable for a top-tier hotel in the city. Great location as well--just to one side of the central plaza, making it very convenient to walk to the main tourist sites.

I have been to several Hotel’s in the city of Tepic and by far this hotel outbeats any of them in terms of cleanliness, scent, and staff friendliness. All staff has always been extremely professional and helpful during any and all of my previous visits. The only complaint I have about my visit this month is that the wifi was not working too well and I was struggling in making and receiving important business calls during my visit. Other than that the service was fenomenal.
