Excellent stay. Better than expected. I was worried that it would be crowded at the lobby/ common areas due to proximity to casino which was not a preference. The lobby of convention hotel is grand, peaceful and modern.
I was also worried that it would be inconvenient to reach the ski slopes however the shuttle buses were frequent and you can get to the slopes quickly. The bus stop drop off point is right outside the ticket office for ski passes
Hotel service was welcoming and superb from check in/out to housekeeping. As foreigners we received discount coupons for ski rental and pass. View from room was nice and loved the cream and shower gel etc. Room service was quick and portions are huge. Also how it was delivered was really good too with the robot.
Overall very good and comfortable stay.

IIncheolBoth the cleaning service and service were satisfactory, and it was also great for enjoying a vacation with various programs, swimming, and fitness.
It was Christmas, so the price was quite reasonable, and if you buy the things you want to eat before you come and eat them for dinner, you will be satisfied with the vacation.

A good environment for relaxation.
You can use the High1 Resort facilities together, so it's a great environment for relaxation.
The front desk's response is lacking, and the explanations are lacking in detail.

GGuest UserFree shuttle bus services definitely help get around the resort with ease. Discount coupons for restaurants, facilities and rental equipments given upon check-in are great savings too. Would choose it again for future stays.

AAnonymous User- There are two hotels in one building, so be careful not to confuse the hotel names when making a reservation
- There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, but it closes at 11 p.m.
- If you have a car, there is no problem getting to the ski resort
- If the underground parking lot is full, you can park outside
- The hotel is small, but the facilities seem to be well managed
- The heating works well and the hot water comes out well

GGuest UserI booked the High Valley Hotel for a conference at High One Resort. The motel was the facility that changed the name to the hotel, and the building was the highest in the neighborhood, so it was easy to find.
Because it's summer, I closed the windows and turned on the air conditioner. There are no mosquitoes in this community. It's cool. I can turn off the air conditioner and open the window to sleep.
But the nets in the bathroom windows are torn, which is better if you repair them.
The boss in the lobby kindly responded.
There was a stream nearby, so it was good to walk in the morning.

GGuest UserIt's adjacent to a commercial area, parking is okay, the room condition is clean, and it's a hotel with the best cost-effectiveness at a low price on weekdays. I remember eating bibimbap for breakfast, and it was a very delicious meal, and it was really convenient not to have to go to a restaurant in the morning. The sound of the stream right next door can be healing, and some people may find it annoying, but I really liked it~~

There is a place where you can see the stars very, very well.
After seeing the best stars of my life, I relaxed my tired body at the hotel and left.
You can also get hot water near the reception desk of the hotel.

AAnonymous UserHeater was too hot. There’s no temperature control. We had to leave the balcony door open, but then it was too cold. So it’s hard to sleep well.
Curtain is too thin, it didn’t block the sunshine at all.
One thing is really good, that’s the shuttle bus service. The driver was really friendly and helpful.
