II JuWe had an absolutely an amazing stay in Tedoso. First, the hot spring there is amazing. We had never felt so relaxed in a hot spring before. The hot water and the cold weather is completely in harmony. Second, the service is sooooooo nice. They always welcomed us and out in a lot more effort than they needed to. Third, the environment is astounding. The Japanese style and the room is way beyond our expectations. The hotel is so neat and delicate, which made us feel like we’re in a whole new world. Last, the food is spectacular. We had food ranging from big and juicy pieces of sukiyaki beef to nicely cut and flavored sashimi. Our experience at this hotel is exquisite, and the price is highly reasonable, our family highly recommend you to visit Tendoso and give it a try. I’m sure you and your family would have a remarkable experience.

KKa WaiThis spa hotel is truly an ideal place to relax and unwind. The private hot spring facilities are quite complete and the water quality is clear. Soaking in the hot spring water will make your physical and mental fatigue disappear instantly.
The service staff are warm and friendly, always smiling and ready to help.
This is a place that makes people want to return again and again, whether with family or friends, to have a great time. Highly recommended for travelers looking for relaxation and enjoyment!

GGuest User- When you step into the hotel, you will see Japanese-style floor mats, which feel very comfortable. The hotel is not very big, but every corner gives people a very casual and comfortable feeling. The room we chose was a Japanese and Western-style room on the underground floor with an outdoor private hot spring. It looked out onto the garden. It felt very spacious and comfortable. Evening meals and morning meals are arranged in the dining room in the room. The food is rich, delicious and exquisite. Because I emailed the hotel two weeks before my stay to request that fish be removed from one of the meals, the hotel was very thoughtful and thoughtful about replacing it with other foods. The wait staff also pointed out the changes in the dishes when serving each dish. The environment of the large indoor and outdoor baths is very clean, well-equipped, and the water temperature is sufficient. The surprise is that the hair dryer is a new brand and the hair drying effect is very good.
Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective. The hotel environment, rooms, services and food are of excellent quality. It is worth staying.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff is very nice. The food is so delicious. The room is so big and the decorations are very good. The hot spring facilities are excellent. If you like cats, you will be very pleased to meet the landlord cat . It is a very beautiful cat. It's better to take a taxi to the hotel from Tendo JR station as it needs to take 15 minutes. It's not good to walk if the pavement is covered with snow.

There is a parking space. If the parking space is full, you can park in a nearby parking lot.
Breakfast has everything you need.
The room was very tidy.
As for the room service, it was very considerate. Even if I ”do not disturb”, they would hang new towels at the door.

AAnonymous User1. There are quite a lot of entertainment items prepared by the hotel. There are bartenders, roast marshmallows in the evening... etc., and the atmosphere is very good.
2. Stayed for two nights, dinner provided a different meal, drinks provided a variety of choices; although the breakfast buffet was the same, the next day, I specially prepared soup products, and I felt the intention of the hotel.
3. The next day, the room did not replenish drinking water, not sure if it was only provided once or forgotten; there was only one vending machine in the hotel, but the two days of living were sold out.
4. There seems to be free buckwheat noodles at certain times, so I am not sure if I don't eat them in particular; the room type with a courtyard also provides a 24-hour bar, with drinks, biscuits, and fruit.

GGuest UserI made a reservation in a hurry, so I didn't check the facilities, but it was nice to have a large bath, and the breakfast was good, and the personal items were good !!!
The location was a bit far away, but it was generally good !!
The staff were all friendly !!!
