The bed is ２ stage of the lower double plus upper single. Up to ３ names can be stayed. ２ person sofa, table, desk & chair.
Wifi complete. Unit bus & toilet.
The refrigerator is shared on the floor. There is no meal, but you can borrow a 1F kitchen and cook it yourself. There is a free drink service.
There is no TV, and it is an alternative projector + subsqueeze viewing environment. You can also watch your own video by connecting the smartphone.
Amenities feel like charging the necessary amount.
Toothbrush set, razor, body towel, solid soap, shampoo & rinse can be bought.
The bath towel is borrowed at 200 yen. It is returned from the hygiene side in ２ days. Shampoo rinse body soap set is also available for bottles.

The room was at the back of one corridor, but I think it's easy to understand.
The inside of the room was nice and clean.
Breakfast is also crowded, but I think it's good to have a variety, but there are so many people that I can't afford to choose slowly, so I'm going to take it for the time being, so I thought I could do something about it.

Hhiro1025I made a reservation in case I can't get home because I have a drinking party at Nishi-Funabashi Station that goes on until late.
The shuttle bus is very convenient. It takes 20 minutes to walk.
Basically, there is no inconvenience in this business hotel, but it is very crowded only at breakfast, so I think it would be good if they could solve that problem.
Everyone lines up obediently in a single line, and even one slow person causes a traffic jam, so I think it would be an easy solution to spread out the serving of food or allow people to pick up from both sides.

VVitasThis is a hotel with a sense of history. The room faces east and the view is very open, beautiful and refreshing. The room facilities are a bit old, but they are clean. The air conditioning in the room is centrally operated and cannot be adjusted by yourself. It may be hot in summer. The location is very advantageous, it is only a 5-minute walk to JR Ichikawa Station, which is very convenient.

AAnonymous User1) the receptionist on May 14, 2025 around 22:00 was not willing to help us doing the self-check in kiosk. We were about 15 minutes struggling on putting our names or booking ID to verify the booking but it didn’t work. After that a staff with glasses came from the room from the back of reception and helped us through it. Thx a lot to her.
