This hotel is as close to the sea as it’s possible. It is an ideal location to view Sunrise and Sunset at the most southern tip of India. The hotel facilities are very good. Maybe the hotel looks a little tired but it suited our needs very well. Meals were very good and food was served piping hot which was great. There was a misunderstanding regarding serving alcohol at dinner time. We were not able to purchase a beer in the main restaurant, we could buy a beer at the bar. We didn’t realise you could also have the same meals in the bar area. We only understood this after finishing our meal with a lime soda. Maybe a better explanation would have helped us. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There a swimming pool, gymnasium and nice garden and the hotel also has a good spa facility for various treatments. I rate this hotel excellent overall

Great location. Very close to the beaches and sunrise view points. Accessible to the main jetty point for taking the ferry to Vivekanand rock memorial also. They provide delicious breakfast too included in the booking.

The hotel not only hosts guests, but also has a marriage hall, which also doubles up as a venue that hosts events, marriages, conferences etc., This does not effect the hotel guests as the entrance to these halls are seperate. A good hotel with a very responsive staff. The hotel has very good spacious rooms, the furniture and fittings in the rooms are not lavish, but are of good quality. Almost everything works, the AC is powerful and keeps the room cool, the staff responds quickly. The in-house restaurant: Blue Wings, is small but is clean, and the food is tasteful. The restaurant ***ager is conversant in English, the rest of the staff are not that fluent. The ***ager is a very good and hardworking ***. When we were checking out, he didn't allow us to carry our luggage, and although he was a little short staffed, he rolled his sleeves and himself transported our luggage till our car,

WWander57605557187There's an old expression: 'The cheapest is not always the best”. Well the Ramraj Residency in Nagercoil just happens to be possibly the cheapest hotel in its class, AND the best. Situated up a quiet lane this very elegant hotel will definitely surprise you. 24 excellently appointed spacious a/c rooms have all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. Wifi, toiletries, towels, high quality bedding, hair-dryer, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cups, a TV, telephone, tables, chairs, wardrobe, plenty of plugs, a safe, even a USB outlet! And on top of all this, a free buffet breakfast. The 4th floor multi-cuisine a/c restaurant has good food at very reasonable prices. The staff of the hotel from room boy to receptionist to manager are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There's plenty of parking space for the Indian visitors and their vehicles. The upkeep and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms is clear to see. Nothing is broken, cracked, missing or out of order.....unlike several hotels in India. A definite 5-star feeling for a budget price. Enjoy your sojourn at the tip of India.

Very helpful for seniors like us. We were welcomed with a fruit bowl as a compliment. Food was average and there were many choices in and around the hotel. People with the interest of visiting temples try to visit suseendram temple 14 km from kanyakumari, a must visit place.

The rooms were very clean and maintained, the staffs were very polite and overall it was an amazing experience staying here. The breakfast was provided early morning and there was a seperate dining hall for the guests. If you are planning to come to Kanyakumari this is the place to stay.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Hotel staff were very courteous. All the tourist attractions are walkable from this place. Drove to this place from Trichy , for about 6 hours. Lunch at hotel Mohanan on the way. Visited bhagavati amman temple and witnessed the mesmerizing sunset. Next day , we we could watch the sun rise from the terrace of the hotel

We had some good experience of hospitality staying at Sun Park. The rooms were clean and spacious with good service throughout. The restaurant dining was great with amazing service lead by Mr. Dilip, Mr. Tinku, Mr. Sandeep, Ms. Kalpana and Ms. Reshma. We are happy to be here again!!!! Well recommend:)

GGuest UserThe hotel is really a congested one. Parking facility is very poor. Lot of people are always there. One morning there was difficulty of water availability in toilets, but it is appreciable anyways that the staffs are trying there best to accommodate everyone. Check out is 10am but though we reached at 1pm, we where forced to wait for some 20 minutes for the check in, that much crowded it was and may be it's because of the peak time (we went on december. Hotel food is good. Importantly never it is worth for rs. 22447. We booked for 2 days for 2 rooms for rs. 22447- and that is really expensive because nothing for that is there in this hotel.

The washrooms are tiny and not satisfactory. No amenities were provided including water which was only provided with extra payment. The linens were worn out. This hotel has a large campus area and the building too is tall to impress as an attractive property, however the maintenance issues run high. The rooms are very ordinary and average while the bathrooms are as good as non-maintained. This hotel can definitely be an excellent property if the cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed effectively, else is avoidable. The location is excellent and staff courteous. The food quality requires huge improvement. The view from the sea facing room is enchanting in early mornings.
