The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel receptionist was most helpful, car parking just outside entrance, room comfortable, relaxing and well presented. We chose a simple meal of freshly cooked cod and chips which was delicious. The leisure facilities were good with towels and robes provided. A public/residents bar was lively and it was accessible to non residents moving between terminals. The views of flights departing from the airport during the evening were enjoyable to watch. A quiet room with room service available. Recommended.

HHowtowinthelottery(Location) next to Manchester airport and walking distance to T3. Another hotel is next to it. It takes about 15 minutes walk if arriving by train or literally 5 minutes walk if arriving from a flight.
(Main reception) Is clean and customer service is ok and professional. There is a bar, games, TV, etc in the main area.
(Room) Tiny but good enough for a day or night. Don't expect big as it's a typical IBIS but budget style. Good shower, shower gel, etc. Bed position is strange as the TV is on the wrong side of the wall. Plenty of plugs next to the bed. Mattress is comfortable and it's not very noisy.

千千里之行, 始於足下。天行健，地勢坤。The hotel is situated super near train station and Manchester airport. Shuttle bus service was good and drivers of the shuttle bus were helpful and humor. Hence, try not to walk to the hotel although it seems in a walking distance.
Hotel room is spacious and well lit.
Hotel's breakfast is good as well. Hence, it's definitely a good choice for short morning flight.

MMother and daughterArrived really late but quick checkin , room clean and bed really comfy , taxi from airport was under 10 mins and cost roughly £15 ( tip included 😊) good nights sleep followed by breakfast which is included in the price , everything from fruit , cereals , yogurt , toast or to set you up for your travels you can have a cooked breakfast, really enjoyed and the staff were lovely, hotel called a taxi for us which arrived really quick and we were on our way back to the station stress free , highly

DDavidIf you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush!
I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

GGuest UserWas my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!!
The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.
