We recently stayed at Triumph White Sand Hotel in Marsa Matrouh and had an amazing experience. From the friendly and welcoming staff to the outstanding food, everything was perfect. Chef Hesham Fahmy deserves special praise for his delicious dishes and the exquisite presentation of every meal. Not only was the food mouthwatering, but Chef Hesham made us feel so comfortable and at home with his warm and friendly demeanor. The restaurant staff, including Youssef Ragab, Selvana, and Missan, were incredibly polite, kind, and attentive, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch every time. Nouran and Germine at reception were also very helpful, with Nouran going above and beyond to arrange a car for us to Alexandria, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, Triumph White Sand Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

GGuest UserThere are limited means of transportation to get to this hotel. It took about 3.5 hours by UBER from Alexandria, costing 1400 yen in local currency, but UBER could not be used from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, so I had to call a taxi, which took about 45 minutes and cost 600 yen. Also, communication at the front desk was not good at dispatching the car, which was very unpleasant. There seems to be no taxi nearby, so it takes a long time to call one, so I recommend requesting a taxi at least an hour in advance. There is nothing nearby, and it is a different story if you want to enjoy the pool and the sea on the hotel grounds, but if you are thinking of sightseeing from the hotel to Marsa Matruh, I think it would be better to stay at a hotel in Marsa Matruh, considering the round-trip taxi fare and travel time. It may be due to the season, but I felt that the beach had strong waves and was not suitable for swimming or for children to play. The rooms are clean, but the amenities are basic. Drinks in the room other than water are charged separately. It is not all-inclusive. Dinner was included in the price of the room, but the only drink available was water; other soft drinks and coffee were charged extra.

Customer service was top-notch; the staff was always ready to assist. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the pool area, which was clean and relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend Porto Matrouh for anyone visiting Marsa Matrouh. I would definitely stay here again!
