DDaiane WO hotel tem uma estrutura bem legal, mas precisa melhorar alguns pontos; As piscinas são aquecidas, isso é muito legal para as crianças, mas precisa de uma melhor manutenção. As jacuzzis são fechadas, isso é muito legal, mas duas estavam em manutenção durante toda estadia. A piscina e as jacuzzis internas são ótimas, pegamos dias frios e deu pra aproveitar muito. Não tem salva vidas nas piscinas, o que pra mim não foi um problema. A recreação parece bem legal, tem algumas opções de passeios para as crianças e adultos. O que não é legal são os monitores gritando literalmente, na hora das refeições na tentativa de interagir com os hóspedes. Minha viajem foi com bebê de 7 meses, isso muda minha experiência, com certeza! Tem uma sala de jogos com mesas de sinuca, um parquinho interno (falta manutenção), palco e um fogão a lenha onde é oferecido uma sopa à noite, além de itens para fazer chimarrão. O espaço é interessante, porém tentamos participar das atividades, mas os recreadores usam uma caixa de som e o volume é excessivamente alto, não tem como conversar, não é um ambiente agradável com bebês. Anexo, tem uma quadra de futebol/volei. Minha estadia foi durante a semana, são 6 refeições, mas nada de especial comida boa, mas bem simples. O restaurante é amplo, isso é um ponto positivo. Faltam opções de suco natural, por exemplo. Andamos de charrete, pedalinho e passeio de caminhão, adoramos a experiência. Nosso quarto era com banheira, super amplo e tudo novo, mas vi quartos bem antigos em outros prédios. Apesar de novo o prédio fica muito longe das áreas de piscina e restaurante, você precisa pegar um bondinho, meio arcaico para chegar nos lugares, pois o caminho é extremamente íngrime e cansativo ainda mais com bebê. O trajeto do bondinho demora 3 min, no início até e legal, vista linda, mas no decorrer da estadia se torna muito chato. Estava com bebê, então tinha que levar tudo que precisaria durante o dia, pois voltar até o quarto demorava muito. Sem contar o checkin as 18h, isso é muito fora do comum. Os funcionários todos muitos simpáticos e prestativos, um dos dias observamos um funcionário reclamando da equipe para os hóspedes, isso não foi legal. Não participamos das atividades pagas a parte. Tem cavalo, porcos e coelhos e uma cabra que fica solta nas dependências, achei bem fofa. Por ser um hotel fazenda poderiam melhorar a interação, respeitando os animais.

I have stayed at the Mercure in Joinville every month, in the last two yeas, for business and it is aways a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit old and it is currently under renovation, the service is really good and makes it the best hotel in town. One episode that made me write this review has happened recently. I have lost my phone inside to the hotel, between breakfast and check out... and when I realised I was without the phone I became extremely worried believing that someone has taken it. With this situation at hand, the staff was fantastic. Enzo and Daniel at the front desk, helped me to calm down, get my computer, log in to apple find and finally find the phone at the parking lot They were mote than professional, they were kind and helpful. Therefore, I confidently recommend anyone who is going to Joinville to stay at the Mercure.

Hotel atende maneira básica para uma curta temporada. Atendimento prestativo. Dos pontos que podem melhorar: travesseiros e toalhas. Precisa usar os 4 travesseiros para parecer que está com um. O blackout da janela nao veda totalmente. Entao de manha... voce não terá o quarto escuro. Leve tapa olhos. As toalhas sao daquelas bem finas e quase transparentes. A arrumacao do quarto, nos dias depois do check in é bem mais ou menos. A cama, tudo sem esticar direito e tive de refazer. O exaustor que tem no banheiro é muito antigo e fraco e ruim de absorver odores e cumprir sua função. Também a comida do restaurante é bem média pelo preço cobrado. O strogonoff era algo duro e sem caldo nenhum. Seco .
