"Hotel service: I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 in the evening. I didn't want to make a fuss after playing in the big island for a day, so this hotel is next to the airport. The transportation is convenient, but the fly in the ointment is that it is a bit noisy, but it is expected, so it can be ignored. Setup: Didn't work, just took a nap and left the next day. Food: There is a Starbucks in the lobby, which has no special features, but there is a food truck yard outside the parking lot, which has everything, you can consider eating there."

"The hotel is very good, with its own beach. The sunset is so beautiful. The cruise terminal is not far away. You can take pictures with the cruise ship as the background when it is docked. It is very beautiful. There is a swimming pool and lawn in the courtyard. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel. It has Hawaiian and Filipino flavors and the price is not expensive. There is a large supermarket about one kilometer away from the hotel. In general, it is a very good resort hotel!"

"It's a decent hotel with no frills. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but worn out. There isn't really a beach and sorry if odd people hanging around. I think people live there long term in one section. The restaurant and bar were closed for a private party so we ordered Doordash. Beds need replacement as you sink into them and they are uncomfortable. "

"We had a brief but really fun stay here at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa. We were warmly greeted by the sweetest staff member, Megumi. She heard that it was our dream one day to stay here and for our 16th anniversary we made it happen, and she surprised us with Leis! It was incredible. The staff here are attentive and kind and so welcoming! Michael with Maui Gold pineapples made sure to tell us all about the resident HUGE fish in the Koi pond, a cousin to the piranha, whose name is “Mitch”. The kids loved the fun facts he shared, as well as offering us some of his delicious Maui Gold Pineapple and some chocolate buckeyes he generously shared with us. The lobby had our complimentary coffee for guests from 6-9am, and a fun flamingo (yes, there are FLAMINGOS!) and koi feeding at 9am. Upon arrival we were also given two complimentary tickets to grab a cocktail or mocktail at their poolside bar. There were other complimentary offerings as well that we did not take advantage of. The kids spent most of their time on the waterslides. Poolside seating can be difficult to find if you arrive later than 10am, but if you’re patient and keep an eye out, a space usually opens up. The location can’t be beat as it’s directly next door to Whalers, which has great shopping and restaurants that are beachfront. Awesome snorkeling at Black Rock is a short 5-7 min beach walk from the hotel. We were really happy with our stay! Our room faced the mountains and we had a gorgeous view of the sunrise. There are private adult only hot tubs (one infinity sand bottom!) and pools as well. Water bottle filling stations are found on the lobby floor. Excellent choice for families. $35 self park fee or $45 valet. "

"There are folding sofas for up to four people. There are microwaves, coffee makers, refrigerators, plates and bowls. No toothbrush or slippers. The living room ants found the living ants, very small, dead ants found on the sheets and pillows, and began to think it was a small black thread. The scenery is still very beautiful."
