早上徒步完，回去還差15分鐘退房，問前台能不能洗個澡再退最多遲退10分鐘，前台告知晚退一分鐘就按鐘點房收費，系統設定就是這樣，服務態度差

作為一個小縣城，能有這麼設施好的酒店太不容易。設施環境不錯，衞生服務也能跟得上，消費也不高，值得推薦。

整體衞生還是不錯的。早餐也挺豐富。餐廳、房間服務員態度很好，就是不太能解決問題，應該是培訓不夠吧。空調、電話都是壞的。空調修好了 。電話呢服務員修理後她試撥，通了，晚上我們給前台打電話又不能使用。連續出故障真心影響入住體驗。

因為路過右衞古城牆所以選擇在右玉落腳，這酒店算是右玉最好的酒店了，但是分數低還是有原因的。
標着五星，確實硬件都達到了，浴缸，浴袍，雨傘，冰箱等等，反正該有的都有。但是就會讓你有一種不如三星的感覺。衞生打掃得不仔細，浴缸都是臟的，地漏也都有頭髮。
想着三百多的價格，忍一下，反正以後不會住了

房間設施都可以，房間煙味有點大。服務很好，很到位，這個價格就不要自行車了。夜晚外邊有個廣場，很漂亮。

雖然是大同縣級的酒店，店內裝修風格不錯，服務人員的服務態度和意識很到位。
除了早上自助餐的品種有些少，但羊雜和刀削麪味道不錯。其他方面，不論是房間户型，大小，房內設施還是比較滿意的。
