酒店房間寬敞整潔，衞生乾淨，酒店工作人員服務熱情。有免費停車場，早餐品種豐富，味道很好。一樓特色小食餐廳，價格實惠，味道不錯。唯一不足就是洗手間的簾子拉不下來，總的來説酒店各方面都不錯。

為了看世界聞名的木塔，入住了這家豪華酒店。辦理入住還要收300元按金，我們是從攜程上預訂的，已在線付款了房費，真是服了！我們住過全國那麼多酒店，即有豪華的也有一般的，收按金還真沒有。客人千里迢迢入住你這個酒店，你們收按金就是對客人的不信任。收按金在計劃經濟時代，物資匱乏還有情可原，現在收就不合適了吧！房間挺大，裝修也不錯。衞生間乾濕分離，但是淋雨房太小了，彎不下腰。大花灑銹跡斑斑，不忍使用。手持花灑衹能手持使用，不方便！衹有很厚的被子，沒有夏涼被，睡覺熱的受不了！早餐可以，品種多樣。
