The room layout is very warm, simple, clean and comfortable. The store was warm and considerate. I took my child to take the exam, and the store proactively contacted the vehicle to take us to our destination. Thank you very much for the store's help.

The guest house is well situated for Shrewsbury town centre. Louise is a great host and goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome.

Louise is an excellent host. She has lots of ideas about where to eat, what to do etc. and she makes you feel very welcome throughout your stay. Our room at Anton Guest House was spacious and clean with enough room to put clothes away (we stayed 4 nights). The breakfasts are excellent - the ingredients are fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared - from Full English, to Eggs Benedict the menu offers a great choice. We'd never visited Shrewsbury before and were pleased to find Anton Guest House was only 10 minutes from English Bridge and a further 10 minutes can see you at the other side of the town centre. When we next come to Shrewsbury we'll definitely be staying here.

We visited Anton Guest House again and we were not disappointed. Very warm welcome from Louse and loved the home made cake on arrival. Spacious twin room with a lovely shower. Breakfast was excellent and we'll stay again soon.

Anton Guest House was in a smashing location for exploring Shrewsbury. It is very easy to walk into town, or if need be there are buses easily available. Louise is a font of knowledge on the local area and was so helpful at supplying maps and ideas of where to visit. The breakfast was delicious, there are many little extras supplied that make the stay memorable and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Great place to stay, just outside the town. But bus stops so near. Louise, the owner, is so friendly and makes everyone at home. Ably assisted by her sister in a morning. Think of everything, torch, scissors, hairdryer and always plenty of drinks, biscuits, milk etc. And best of all, homemade cake. Recommend to anyone. PS lovely, well tended garden.

Wonderful welcome by Louise she makes you very welcome and even offers you home made cake Spotlessly clean and the breakfast choice is very varied beautifully cooked, would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again

This was a lovely place for a two night stay in Shrewsbury. It is a well loved and cared for guest house. My room was gorgeous and perfectly formed with cross ventilation and everything I could possibly have needed. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety to choose from and Louise has a very good understanding of gluten free needs. The walk into town was interesting, mostly level and not too far. There is a pub just a few minutes down the street with helpful staff and some great gluten free dinner dishes.
