Second time staying - real improvement to 18 months ago Travel cot we borrowed was really good Staff were all really friendly and helpful, it ideal location for visiting our family with plenty near for fast food and snacks Rooms were spotless and really nice to have a fan

Another Travelodge sited conveniently just off a major roundabout -more of which later. Warm welcome and staff member went over and above to help.Large clean room but super basic,but only one plug socket which when charging phone and making tea causes problems.Surely another one would help.Oh and a glass too for water .But minor niggles easy parking and reasonably quiet. However the exit onto the roundabout is quite challenging not least because of the amount of lanes and traffic.If you don’t like driving then keep this in mind.

Not welcoming, damp and unpleasant smells in the room. Horrible night sleep which caused guests to have asthma flare up.

It was a lovely clean, spacious room with a nice clean bathroom and bath. Big tv and coffee facilities in the room. Great value for 2!

This place is an actual hidden gem. I've stayed in hotels all around the world with more stars on paper that honestly can not compete with the team at this little 2* Travelodge. Warm,welcoming,safe and genuinely just nice people... Which is priceless to me. Special thank you to Kiana and Emma for making my stay here one to remember xx

Fantastic stay at the baston hill travel lodge, the staff are all amazing and make you feel very welcome. They always cater to my needs when I ask for a specific room. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are more than ample for everyone’s needs. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are down in Shrewsbury.
