the worst hotel rooms where full of roaches went to front desk to get money back they did nothing said are rooms are good enough to stay in if don’t like leave

Disgusting It was horrible

Nasty!!! Never Again There were roaches. We had to come back 3 times to check in. We showed up at 3:30,5:30 and then again at 8:30. When they gave us our rooms at 8:30 neither one of them had been cleaned. My mother's room half the bathroom door was missing. The curtains were not hung correctly. The staff was rude and nonhelpful.

We checked into this hotel knowing that it may not be the best given the cheap price. Reviews from others gave us the heads up that it was not the best but others said it was good. We tried it. At check in the front desk guy was super nice and helpful but the rooms were still being cleaned (at an hour after check in time) and if we could give them another 45 minutes. We gave them an hour. Again, we were told the rooms were not done yet so we waited. Another hour and we were finally able to get into our rooms. Evidently there was a water leak in one so that took some time to fix. In the rooms, there was flies everywhere but then that is what you expect when the doors where open while they were being cleaned. (We were in the parking lot so could see the rooms being cleaned) No only was there flies in there, the cockroaches were scattering as we were walking in. One of the beds had a wet icky towel under the covers. Another bed, the sheets were not changed and they used what look like saran wrap to cover the bottom mattress. I didnt bother to look at the beds in the other room. There was no shower head in one bathroom. There was a board off the wall behind the sink in the other. Lots of food under the beds and the table had filth on it. They had used an incense stick to get rid of the smell I guess and that was still there in one room on the air conditioner. Given that we waited for almost two hours and watched the people in there cleaning, I am not sure how bad the rooms were or what was cleaned. The front desk guy did try and bring us some clean sheets (however grey) and apologized profusely, I just could not bring myself to sleep there with my family. I'm not entirely sure if this hotel would be within code.. Ended up canceling and going elsewhere.

Worst than a prison

There are roaches and too many quick fixes. it is very dirty looks like the room have not been clean, especially in the corners of the walls and under the tables.
