Welcome to the Cutest Little A-Frame Cabin - your perfect mountain getaway experience! This is centrally located in the town of Show Low. A short walk to Fool Hollow Lake where you can hike, camp, or fish. Close to local dining and attractions. Stargaze in the White Mountains - come spend a long weekend and relax in this modern, cozy, A-Frame cabin. The Property The Little A is a small A-Frame cabin with a single bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed, and french doors leading to the large rear deck. The second bedroom is located up the spiral staircase to the loft where you will find an area to relax on the couch or take a nap on one of two twin size beds. The single bathroom is tastefully updated with new tile flooring, bathroom vanity and toilet. Enjoy your morning complimentary coffee in our beautifully remodeled kitchen and dining room. In the evening you can cozy up with loved ones around our outdoor fire pit. (Please check local fire conditions before using). The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you will need to whip up a tasty meal. Cleanliness We take cleanliness seriously and sanitation is our number one priority. We work hard to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible. Guests will have access to the entire property. Guests access to the lake - walking directions: Please send us a message if you need to know how to get to the lake by foot. During your stay, please don’t hesitate to send a message on the app for inquiries or help. *Please note this is a quiet neighborhood, and respect for your neighbors is appreciated. We must follow the rules so that we can continue to have this beautiful one of a kind A-Frame cabin to share and enjoy for many years. NO PARTIES or LOUD Music Please! Complaints are the responsibility of the renter. We have a zero tolerance policy on this issue. Please keep the noise down between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am for the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood. ***All unrelated guests must have one or more person(s) in their party over 25 that that will be in residence at the property. Any groups exceeding the maximum of 5 guests will be billed $25 per guest per night (4 yrs old and under do not count toward this) If there are more guests than booked, a fee will be given for the guest. Pets We do allow one service/ESA pet at the Little A. We do have a fully fenced yard both front and rear to allow your four-legged family member to roam. Please pick up after your pets to include pet waste. Renter assumes all potential risks or damage due to the pet being at the property. PLEASE keep your pets off the furniture and beds. We appreciate this very much as it helps preserve the longevity of our furnishing and for cleanliness to other guests. ***You must bring a pet bed with you during your stay. No smoking, vaping or marijuana use inside this property. Guests will be fined $150 for violations of this rule. Smoking or vaping is allowed outdoors. Please be responsible with your extinguished cigarettes. Propane is provided for the bbq grill. Please make sure to clean it for the next guest. There is a fire restriction/ban in place at the moment, we cannot use the outdoor fire pit in the meantime.
