First of all, I booked through Trip.com and this motel in Shorter Ala. had a great picture of a nice hotel with a pool. We were just laying over for one night to rest up and relax by the pool. When I checked in I wasn’t even told the pool was closed.We drove around and finally found our room,which we didn’t even go in because it was very old looking on the outside and saw the Poole was closed so I called the desk and asked and he said that it had been closed s”since Covid outbreak “. Huh? 2 year ago. Crazy!!! I went back and told them they could have their keys back because we weren’t staying there and that they needed to put it on the website that the pool was closed! only thing he said was huh,while looking at me real crazy.😫

The pillows are great, and the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel

This is very nice and safe location… I strongly recommend it to my family and friends.., Anna at front desk she is really helpful… staff is great… I will definitely be there next time…, palm trees are great!!

The staff are so friendly and uplifting attitudes. The renovations are spectacular! Mike & crew have done an amazing job with the new lights, headboards, curtains, wall art, & so much more. Definitely a 5/5!

I've never had a problem since I've been coming here. The staff is ALWAYS kind and the rooms are definitely clean. A special shout out to Chris.He was so very kind and helpful and made sure that I was pleased with my room. Thanks again Chris!

The hotel is currently being renovated. They no longer have a pool. We had two rooms and one seemed to be updated and the other had not. There was a big difference between them. So they are working to improve the rooms. The front desk and staff were very friendly.

Very Very comfortable stay friendly staff great service thank you I hope to return in the future I was pressed for a good motel I was very tired after traveling late night and I arrived in Shorter Al and Viola good stay I am so happy about this hats off
