Everything was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, Wijdan, the girl from the reception, was really nice and friendly. She even upgraded us the room, and it was amazing. We saw her again at check-out, and we were really happy we could tell her goodbye and talked to her a little bit.
The pools are great, big enough to swim, the beach at the Dead Sea is clean and well maintained. They offer mud from the sea to apply on your body.
Omar, another receptionist, helped us with everything we needed: a heater, slippers, and anti-mosquitos device. He was really great and helpful.
The resort is amazing. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. There's nothing bad to say about anything.
