Just got back from staying here for the week. First the good: Gorgeous, clean, great location, and the people are amazing! They take care of you in every way possible. Food is really good. Love that they provide sunblock stations, flip flops… all great extras. Had the best week. The only negative I would say is that the food and drinks are really expensive. Perhaps their typical guests can afford such things, but if you’re on a budget, you will spend a ton extra eating and drinking. We opted to eat and drink off the resort the majority of the time. We would have stayed on the resort more if it was more affordable. Other than that, amazing place to stay. RENT A CAR. You can go to and see so much more the island offers. We were worried about driving on the left side of the road being from the USA, but it was pretty easy as the traffic is slower. Just stay alert. Worth it!!

Not what I expected. The hotel service is terrible, to the point of being laughable. The check in was ok, then it all went downhill as we sat at the beach for hours, with no one informing us the room was ready. This hotel is not 5 star at all. Go to Aurora, Frangipani, Four Seasons or Cap. This hotel is charmless, and it was also hard to get chairs on the beach. Hotel was too busy setting up for some hotel event at 7:00 to care about anything else. Room service, almost impossible to get through to as well. No smart TVs either. For the price they charge, they should be ashamed. This is part of Hilton’s.

Hello, I wanted to follow up about our stay at Zemi. I’ll start with the grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful. No detail missed and clearly maintenance is on going. We were so impressed with every detail from the greetings with washcloths and welcome drink at arrival, the tour of the property, the coasters with the most amazing tag, different point of blue! The view from the pool is by far the best view of any resort we have stayed and we travel! Well done! The palm trees around the pool to the cabanas being accessible without any extra cost or signup, is how it should be at every resort. The room, again very impressed! We had an ocean view, room 609. The bathroom was huge but the outdoor shower stole the show! My husband loves an outdoor shower and I’d say I am now a fan as well. The Zemi bag and flip flops are such a great way to remember our stay! The staff were all so kind and lovely. A special shout out to Stacey in the rum room who welcomed us and got to know us. When we first entered the rum room, there was no one behind the bar and we waited quite some time before my husband went out to the bar to ask if anyone would be coming to the rum room. She quickly left from behind the bar outside and came to make our drinks. There are a few things that fell short in hospitality that I also want to share. We were signed up for the beach barbecue Wednesday evening. Our friends have stayed prior and raved about how amazing this experience was, we were super excited about it. As Wednesday morning approached, we had not heard anything about it, and we noticed tents going up on the beach for a special event. My husband went to guest services to inquire, and he was simply told the barbecue dinner was canceled because of the special group event. He asked why we were not informed, after all we did schedule this prior to arriving and received a confirmation. No real answer other than it has been canceled. We would have liked to have been notified prior and a little more empathy around it being canceled. We then had to make different dinner plans. We stayed in St. Martin for a few evenings for the first part of the trip and all my husband kept talking about was the barbecue dinner at Zemi and how he could not wait! The service around the pool was very slow, We often waited more than an hour or longer before someone came around to ask if we needed anything. Most of the time, we just went to the bar ourselves. The group next to us in the pool that was part of the corporate group, shared with us they order drinks and said they were still waiting after an hour. If you offer poolside service, it should meet the same standards of the services the resort hold’s themselves to everywhere else. One additional thing to note, in the Hilton app under the breakfast option, it showed À la carte at the restaurant as well as the buffet for $60 an adult. We are not huge breakfast eaters so we Thought the à la cart menu would be great for us. We went down

Wow, Wow and Wow! This is the ultimate relaxation vacation. Outstanding treatment by the entire team at this luxury hotel resort. From the time we checked in(Raquel, Neller) to the very sad day of checking out, we were treated like royalty by EVERYONE! This team is very passionate about ensuring that every guest is treated top-notch. Stone's restaurant team: Camila, Bri, Alicia and Ken... can't say enough about them... with a special mention to the Chef... we enjoyed every morsel, "licking finger enjoyable" Garmon, Loubna, Stacey, Tuneero, Shauncia,Jaheil, Rohan, Deanna and so many more.... THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THIS ANOTHER SPECIAL VACATION!

excellent, everything good i will recommend, food good, reception good , everything clean,
