Prince of Lake Hotel

Will go down as the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Apart from check in - (difficult as internet was down) there were no staff apart from two elderly laundry women and one man who roamed around. No room service, one dish at breakfast - any thing you want as long as it is an omelette, no fruit, just terrible. The pool was slimy green the whole week we were there, in our room the phone was disconnected, the shower doors were broken, the bathroom stunk, the air cond stopped working, the TV didn't work the whole time despite the roaming guy trying to get it going and there was a large wasp nest around the light on the balcony which wasn't removed despite raising the issue and internet access was simply impossible the whole week. In the room two stained chairs and a small round table was the only furniture. If that wasn't enough, every night the loudest music imaginable played at two locations in the hotel grounds and two in close proximity from 8pm to 4am! Some songs were an hour long, it was horrendous. The traffic in and out of the hotel on the road out was gridlocked every day from 7am to 9pm (not the hotel's fault). The view is very good but the river is foul and the so-called hotel beach on the river bank is unusable. Disgusting. Beggars hound you outside the hotel gate, there is rubbish everywhere along the roads - it is simply just not a nice place, An excellent restaurant a few minutes up the hill opposite was a treat. The castle was interesting but getting there with crowds is uncomfortable. This is not a hotel in the real sense.

Excellent.It was a very great service 👏 and a pleasant place to stay.Waiter like Fatmir I will not find wherever where I go and before.It was great for everything and I will suggest to everyone that visit Albania
