Konnten das Zimmer erst gegen 19.00 uhr beziehen und das mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Dann stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt war. Ein neues Zimmer wurde uns anfangs nicht gegeben, da anscheinend alles ausgebucht sei. Wir mussten dann nochmals 30 Minuten warten bis die Putzfrau gekommen ist, die hat uns dann aber einfach in ein neues sauberes Zimmer gelassen. Von der Rezeption kam keine Entschuldigung oder dergleichen

This is a 4 star hotel Beds v comfortable Staff polite if a bit keen to sell you stuff on arrival and misleading initially about buses TV ******* n switches itself on but unable to get programme Reported x 3 so far Phone also doesn’t work so have to report to reception Pool in shade most of day so cold Breakfast good apartment from fruit and fruit juice Took it away at 10.01 as closing Behaves like a 3 star at most Not possible to charge drinks to room without credit card Have to wear a wrist band even though not all in package like Benidorm Only ever 1 receptionist Stray dogs by swimming pool near children

Overall the hotel was nice, but for rooms that are only a few years old they are poorly maintained and need better cleaning. The reception didn't accept American Express and they also didn't accept digital cards for tap-to-pay so you needed to have the physical card which was another inconvenience. The pool was kept clean, the beach was very busy on weekends and nice and quiet on the week days. The beach condition was kept clean but it would be great to have better facilities like a beach bar. Overall 4/5 for a hotel in Albania. I hope to see more improvements and more competition in the coming years.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel du 23 au 30 septembre et avons découvert par la même occasion l'Albanie. Ce pays est en plein essor touristique, il faut le savoir car ça bétonne à tout va le long du littoral. Les complexes hôteliers sont nombreux et malheureusement l'écologie en souffre. La plage de l'hotel est certes grande et étendue mais la mer parait bien polluée. Il faut le savoir. Concernant les chambres, c'est vraiment top, nous étions dans la chambre 2420 qui offre une assez jolie vue et était très calme. Privilégiez si vous le pouvez les chambres 2423 et 2425 pour le calme et la vue pleine mer. La literie est extra. Les chambres sont propres et spatieuses. Tout est bien pensé. Le balcon est lui même très agréable. La restauration est moyenne mais généreuse. Préférez le poisson à la viande beaucoup trop sêche et cuite. Dommage que le restaurant soit mal insonorisé, cela devient vite gênant et pénible. Merci à Candice de Corilia pour son super accueil et ses précieux conseils. Nous avons fait 3 excursions et nos guides étaient vraiment extras et passionés. L'Albanie est un beau pays avec un chouette potentiel. Pourvu qu'il ne soit pas trop vite défiguré par le tourisme de masse.

Rooms decent..pool decent..however there are alot of broken tiles around edge of pool and will just be a matter of time before someone cuts them selves on their arms/ hands..also the steps leading into pool which are very slippy and dangerous. Saw lots nearly falling back over and banging their heads..one lady who we talked to had to go to hospital and it ruined her 1st 4 days..green algie around edges of steps needs sorting

Dans l'ensemble c'est correct ! Très bel Hôtel, nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé dans les petites maisons en face du bâtiment principal. La literie est vraiment très bien (mon mari n'a jamais aussi bien dormit hors de la maison), très propre. Pour moi ce sont 2 conditions primordiales... La piscine est magnifique mais gelée à cette saison (autour des 15 degrés...) vue sur la mer (la température y est plus chaude) mais elle n'est pas très propre... Vous voyez au loin les pétroliers qui ne donnent pas trop envie de vous y baigner, la plage est clôturée par des fils barbelés des 2 côtés.... Pour moi le gros point noir est la nourriture, je n'ai jamais autant été déçue ! C'est normal que ça soit souvent la même chose, même si je dois avouer qu'il y a des efforts de fait mais ce n'est juste pas bon, c'est très gras, très souvent froid... les pâtes baignent dans l'huile tout est vraiment gras. Je pense qu'il faut garder en tête que L'Albanie est un pays en développement touristique. Il faut les encourager, il y a du potentiel 😀

Hotel is nice and clean apart from the breezer bar at the pool ,dirty and needs a steam clean. Breezer bar food is awful Chicken nuggets cold like cardboard Chips cold Tony bread baps not good No ice cream or lollies for the kids All food cold Room cleaned daily excellent cleaning staff Food was ok but always cold . Ditch the chicken nuggets as it’s like eating cardboard. Staff are very friendly and always ready to help with a smile . Main dining room is spotless very clean . Beer is excellent Cocktails cheap alcohol and sugary drinks not high quality
