Transfer at Shinkansen Shizuoka Station to JR Shimizu Station, and then walk a few hundred meters to the hotel. The hotel is not big, but clean and tidy. About 1.5 kilometers away, there is a shopping mall. The third floor of the mall is the Chibi Maruko-chan Museum. Opposite the mall is a waterfront coastline where you can see Mount Fuji. When I checked out, the female boss gave me a small gift with Shimizu characteristics.

Mouldy grout in the bath room floor but at corners. Drying string not working. Train can disturb sleep but ear plugs are available on request. Will recommend still but not at weekend rate TBH.

Just on the pedestrian street, the transportation is convenient, Qingshui Station is about 200 meters away, and the bus to Sanbao Songyuan is the second stop 100 meters away. 7-11 It was a little bit in the past.
The service attitude is good. The Tanabata Festival is too popular. There is no restaurant nearby. I bought sushi salad cold noodles and brought them back. The teammates went to the front desk to warm cold noodles and gave them to the tray.
The room is not small, two big ➕ one big child, as soon as the door is opened, I see that the third bed has been added in the room, which is meticulous.

Stayed on a business trip. I didn't expect much because it was a small 々 old independent system, but I put emphasis on amenities and various services in the room and the impression was good. Amenities are free to pick up in the lobby, and you can get dripping couch. The lobby has a free coffee machine. The room can be humidized by borrowing a steam humidifier. The room is also large and comfortable for single The bathroom is renovated and clean. It is also good to adopt a high-class pola aroma essence shampoo. Breakfast is small, but it is good to make curry and pork soup. There are two chain hotels nearby and I used it there, but it is not good or bad, and there is no service that is particularly happy ... I thought this was recommended when staying in Shimizu.

Stayed at work. At first glance, the appearance feels old, but the room is renovated and very beautiful. Easy to make up, stand mirror was also in the room and convenient. Near the station, cost performance is high. The staff was kind. Breakfast can also be selected for Japanese and Western food. It is not a buffet, but it is good with a moderate amount that does not eat too much. I will use it next time.

Located just a block from JR Shimizu station, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the fish market. Access from here to the pine forest beach is also faster. This part of town is central but a bit more quiet vs. Shizuoka's main station, but you are just 10 minutes away by train and the price is hard to beat. Ask for a high floor room and you might be waking up to a view of Fuji from the window. For that, I give it top marks!

There was a flat parking lot, and a large car was parked by offering in advance. The bath was also beautiful, and the shampoo conditioner and body soap in the women's large communal bath were Steven Nor.

This house is perfectly suited to host a whole family, with several rooms, a beautifully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a living room, a tea room, all decorated with tasty, comfortable, welcome and charming. We were looking for a fresh water bottle and a gamea ready to be prepared, and we were waiting inside to make a pleasant stay.
Well served by public transport, allowing both to enjoy Miho no Matsubara and to join Shimizu, we have found here an ideal choice for our stay in the region and we valuably keep this address for the future research.

Mt. Fuji seen from the lobby and restaurant is a beauty that is not ashamed of the concept of ”Scenic Museum”. There is an observation deck on the side of the upper lounge, and the scenery seen from there is even more wonderful. However, as others have posted, it may not be seen in the condition of steam even if it is sunny. The garden is large and you can hear the birds singing in color 々. The service is also substantial, such as taking pictures casually. There is also a transfer to and from Kunoyama Ropeway. I gave it 5 points because it was 5 points, but there are some points that make me think that if it is 10 points, it is 9 points. When you line up in a restaurant, you take the order with the touch panel instead of writing it with a ballpoint pen, but it is difficult to understand the location and the order cannot be taken properly. There is no announcement about how to line up for breakfast. There is no sheet cleaner in the toilet. I hope to improve around here.

First of all, the location is wonderful. Miho no Matsubara is just a five-minute walk away. Mount Fuji is beautiful across the coast. The approach to Miho Shrine, which takes five minutes each way, is lined with pine trees and known as the ”Path of the Gods.” The hotel is not particularly ”luxurious,” but it has a tranquil atmosphere. The furnishings and rooms are traditional and tasteful. There seem to be many foreign staff, but I'm pleased to see that they pay even more attention to detail than Japanese staff. Meals are served in a separate venue. We enjoyed plenty of delicious seafood. Modern hotels and luxury inns are nice, but Japanese-style hotels with a traditional feel like this one should be preserved.

GGuest UserAlthough it is a little more expensive than a typical business hotel, you will be more than satisfied, and you will feel that it is better value for money than staying at another business hotel for just a few thousand yen. It's a little far from the station, a 10-minute walk, but it's close to Aoba Event Road, the center of events, and the downtown area. A hotel I would like to stay at at least once a month. While there are many hotels that only use sterilization, the inside of the building and rooms are all antibacterial. I think it's more important than looking pretty. There is an automatic coffee machine in the cafe on the first floor, and a variety of cold drinks are available in addition to the automatic coffee machine in the lounge on the second floor. The food service (limited quantities) from 5:30pm includes authentic curry and salad (from the pesticide-free 808 Factory). The hot spring SPA can be used from check-in 3pm to 10am the next morning. The sauna is an automatic Roryu iki stove. The breakfast is far beyond what you would expect from a business hotel. All of the food was of high quality, and I was surprised that they even had crema coffee. A high-grade hotel with a view of Mt. Fuji even for singles (cannot be specified).

GGuest UserIt's difficult to travel long distances, so I booked this hotel because I can use miles and only need to travel within the prefecture. In a room with an atmosphere of a renovated old folk house, we had a plan with breakfast, but it was delicious. In the surrounding area, there was a hot spring with a beer bar (the fried rice bowl in the dining room inside was delicious), a stylish cafe, and a restaurant where you can eat as well as seafood. Nihondaira, Miho no Matsubara, and Shimizu Port (where we boarded a pleasure boat) may not be flashy, but I think it's an area where you can easily enjoy sightseeing. To put it bluntly, the pillows in the room didn't match (although we all have different tastes in the first place). Also, since it is an old folk house, it is easy to leak sound, so be careful. I felt that the room was especially pleasing to foreigners.

SShih Yuin ChewTo my regret, should have booked ALL my nights in Shizuoka with this place. Because of some of the negative reviews online, I was sceptical and worried thus didn’t wanna put all eggs in one basket. But the worry was totally unnecessary.
Given the price, a fair comparison should be a dormitory styled hostel, and this place far exceeds any of the capsule hotels/dorm hostels I’ve been to (I’ve booked around 50 in Japan by now).
First, it has its own room and bed, privacy +1.
Second, it has its own large locker in the room (not as large as the largest suitcase, but more than enough to keep valuables and clothes), convenience +1.
Third, COMFY bed with incredibly thick foam support and super-single kinda width, sleep quality +1.
Fourth, the shower room area is ultra spacious and brightly illuminated, with close to 10 counters (and chairs), you can take your time taking care of your hygiene and facial breakouts at your own pace.
Fifth, it has a partner cafe (hug coffee) two doors next to it and the breakfast and/or drink coupons it offers could save you quite some money compared to walk in yourself.
The list could go on when you compare it to other hostels in the town (instead of hotels in another price range)
Given, the door of the room cannot be locked, and there could be a chance of hearing noise from other rooms, but these are common issues across all hostel settings, and it’s more of the travellers issue than the place.
So overall, I must say this is a place of very high value. I’ll almost always stay in this place if I’m to pass by Shizuoka again in the future.

CChinachotI recently stayed at Hotel Wing International Shizuoka and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access local attractions.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel welcome and cared for. (Staff can speak English)
One of the highlights of my stay was the buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, offering a delicious start to the day with both local and international options.
Additionally, the hotel features an onsen and a relaxation room, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The onsen provided a soothing experience, and the relaxation room was a great place to decompress and enjoy some quiet time.
Overall, Hotel Wing International Shizuoka is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area. The combination of a prime location, excellent staff, delicious breakfast, and relaxing amenities makes it a top pick. I would definitely stay here again!

JJUNHO(I stayed at the Ezaki building) The interior facilities are very good. There are two shower rooms in the duplex-type independent building, so it is spacious and nice. There is a bit of a distance between the check-in counter and the accommodation, but... a red-haired English-speaking staff member at the check-in counter personally guides you. He is very funny. I have been to Japan many times, but this was the first time I had a language barrier like this, but I can't tell you how good it was to communicate with this person in English. The room is clean, and there are two beddings except for the bed, but it is not just a mat, but a topper, so it is comfortable enough, and the bed is also comfortable and nice. The service cookie is just Lotus flavored.
They gave me a drink coupon as a welcome drink, but I couldn't use it, which was a shame. A convenience store is also about 5 minutes away?? Unlike regular hotels, you have to take off your shoes to enter, so it was more convenient, and anyway, the facilities are good and clean, so it was nice. There are department stores, shopping malls, Wasabi House, drugstores, Nanaya, and other shopping streets within 10-15 minutes, so it's good.
The only downside is that security can be a bit weak...? Since it's Japan, there's no such risk burden, but it feels that way.
It's a structure where you enter by holding the door lock key behind the wall, but um... (see photo) Anyway, that's it... So there's a little noise from cars passing by. But it's okay. Everything is great. Oh, and the doorbell sound was also the convenience store bell sound, so it was funny ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ If you're thinking about going here, it might be good to go ㅎㅎ
Oh, another interesting thing is that you can send various inquiries or things you need to know before check-in through email chat starting the day before check-in.

It's within 30 minutes from both Shimizu Port and Nihon-daira, so it's very accessible.
The Sawayaka Shizuoka Inter store, which I was looking for, was also a 3-minute walk away, so it was the best location for this trip.
I was also very grateful for the permanent sauna.
It was the Obon period, and there were foreign guests staying there, so it was almost full, but the sauna was almost never used and it was almost reserved for us.
It's a pretty authentic sauna with aromatic water, you can do loyly freely, and it's outdoors, so I think it's the best sauna if you choose the right season.
(I used it during the Obon period, so the cold bath was too warm and I couldn't fully relax.)
The staff were very kind, and there were always staff on hand who were very conscious about customer service.
I think the free drinks are a great way to differentiate the place.
The all-you-can-drink craft beer was great.
There was also all-you-can-drink lemon water and soft drinks, so I was able to enjoy a leisurely drink in the open space instead of having to drink in my room.
I think it's very good considering the cost performance.

We apologize when it is crowded as the general public also enjoys tea.
The rooms have air conditioning, but the beds do not, so it feels very hot and difficult to stay there.
There are no towels or toothbrushes.
You need to bring your own.
Earplugs were available at the washbasin.
There is only one shower and one toilet, so you have to be patient when others are using them.
I woke up in the middle of the night when someone came home and took a shower because of the noise.
You have to cross a big road from the station, so it is better to go out with plenty of time to spare.

GGuest UserThe large communal bath before the renovation was reserved. Turn the bills over during common use ～. When I stayed for the first time in several years because of the renewal this time, the usage time was only two hours in the morning and night by the men and women replacement system. This cannot be used unless the time is adjusted, and it is small even if it is a large communal bath. There were only two locker keys. By the way, I used it after 18:00, but I'm already using it alone. At most, there are about 3 people, so take a bath while paying attention. However, I was able to relax a little after one came out, so I think it was better than taking a room bath. I ate the breakfast buffet for the first time, but it was renovated and beautiful, and I think the price was good for 700 yen, but the chair is a stool on a counter table like McDonald's, so it's good for a light meal. But it's not like enjoying the buffet slowly. Also, I was happy that there was a homemade pudding made in a small bottle, but I couldn't eat all the bottom because there was no small spoon for dessert (laughs). The set may be better. Also, it is a negative point for me that the windows in the room are not open. In conclusion, although the room rate is cheap, is it a large communal bath of the population hot spring? With! ?? There is a drink service and there is no discomfort in the hotel itself, so I don't think the overall evaluation is bad, but it is still a difficulty that it is quite far from the station. Since Ichiou is a population hot spring, I felt that the satisfaction would be better if I paid 500 yen per person for 45 minutes by charter reservation system (in that case, I would like to have a morning at a nice cafe in Hitoshuku Town even if it is far away, so stay again I want to do it.

KKW13Staff are super friendly and kind. Breakfast is pre packaged so you can’t choose what you want but it’s included in the room rate which is really cool.
The rooms are clean and the baths are half size but very deep which are really relaxing to soak in. The beds are a little in the hard side but comfortable to sleep on.
I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a lovely break between Kyoto and and Tokyo, sadly it was very wet and cloudy the time I was here so I was not able to see Mt Fuji as planned but there’s lots of other stuff in the area, like the beach and toro ruins you can visit instead!
