The hotel is not like a hotel. You must have a door code to enter and exit. I didn't receive an email informing you of the door code until the day before check-in. The hotel has no staff to help. You can't check-in while waiting at the door. In the end, you have to make a long-distance call to contact the hotel. By far the BEST accommodation we stayed at while in Japan. The self-service check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was extremely spacious, beyond our expectations , layout and amenities were excellent. Four USB charging ports, which is very handy for couples with multiple devices. Washer dryer in room, plus pull-down drying rack. Super comfortable beds. Quite efficient AC. Decent size fridge, microwave and an ice machine, outside our room (but not noisy). Location was brilliant, in a quiet residential area, just one block from local main road with short walk to many shops and restaurants, but only 5 minutes from Sumpu Park. Walk from station was an easy 15 minutes. walk. Found some excellent local Izakaya and Sake bars. HIGHLY recommend.

Small, new and modern hotel without a physical desk with Check in and Check out on computer at the entrance. Room used for three with 2 beds and a futon on tatami. Small lounge area. Bathroom separated from the toilet with washing machine. Very comfortable. Very good bedding. Very functional and extremely clean. 2 nights there which were perfect. Many small restaurants around and close to the city center. No parking but small private and paid parking lots nearby.
