晚上睡覺我和孩子全身都癢，又續住了，早上走時跟前台強調了要換床單，出去一天回到房間床單沒有換，連拖鞋都沒有給放，心情一下子都不好了.

大夏天的，空調温度調到16度都還不製冷，關鍵是還給一床那麼厚的被子，沒有薄被子可以選擇。我真的想請酒店經理來住着試一下。這麼差的空調配上這麼厚的被子讓人怎麼睡？一個晚上都在蹬被子與蓋被子之間糾結。
晚上因為腳踝被蚊子叮了個大包，奇癢難忍，**下單買了一支。外用葯**小哥10分鐘就到了打電話説前台服務員會送上去，結果足足等了一個小時都還沒送上來，這真的是世界上最遠的距離。沒辦法自己下去拿，明明是有機器人的。這個小事情難道就那麼難嗎？
一般來説住希爾頓酒店不會太讓人失望，但這次真的讓人失望‼
