工作漏洞百出，體驗感太差了！！！
1.沒有按預訂的標準開出房間，到達25樓房間發現房間開錯了，顧客親自去一樓換房間，給的房卡刷不了電梯，走樓梯，防火門又打不開，是既不能下又不能上。
2.電話聯繫前台把房卡拿上來，在樓道站了半個小時，樓道熱的汗流浹背，11點辦理入住手續，一直到12點才進房間。
3。房間內一股味道，設施陳舊，房間是親子房的床單，被罩，看着破破爛爛，我定的是商務間呀！
4.服務人員看着新入職，服務業不到位！

服務很差，早餐服務更差，完全不為客户着想，早上7點吃早餐都還不開燈，怎麼説都不開，讓客户在站着黑燈瞎火的，怎麼説都不開，門牌上寫着可以提前10分鐘進去用餐，完全把客户説的話置之不理，以後再也不會住維也納酒店了
