The hotel rooms are filthy and smells cigarette smoke. I was not expecting this at holy place like shiridi.
I was not able to get my refund as the money was charged ahead of my hotel checkin.
Hotel offered other variety of rooms as most of rooms are vacant ..ended up not staying and even trip.com was helpless to negotiate the refund .
Please avoid this place if you are going with family.

Excellent hotel with very courteous staff . Food , specially breakfast is delicious and the enthusiasm from staff around service is very impressive . Besides , the hotel staff are very flexible to guests requirements and try their very best in meeting it . The cab service from the hotel is very reasonable and service providers are very courteous . Special mention of names -Mr Sandeep , Mr Ganesh for their hospitality . Very Respectfully , Vishal Puri , AMP, CRU (U.S)

Excellent hotel situated near to temple on road. Staff is very good and cooperative .. Food is very tasty ... Hotel is Very clean.. walk in distance to shirdi sai babaji temple.. cab service is also available there and very good and helping to guide you. Jai Sai Baba Ji 🙏

Overall a good reasonable place to stay for Saibaba darshan. Maharashtra’n curries, jowar rotis and curd rice were excellent. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

Dusty rooms with lack of cleanliness. Entire room was full of dust and pollens. Never booking this property again. We literally had to ask the housekeeping to change the comforter since it was not looking like it was changed before we checked in. Wallpapers, ceiling fan, corners, chair and table, I could not see any place not having dust in it. We had to clean the bed side shelves with wet wipes. Washroom was pathetic, and stinky. Toiletries and towels were also a big NO. Tap washers were completely jammed due to chlorine and silica deposits. Wardrobes was full of dust since they do not have an enclosed one. Its a open shelves type style. Genuinely not recommending this property to anybody. They definitely have a room for improvement.

Clean rooms, but not well maintained. Broken furniture and bathroom fixtures. House keeping staff very stubborn and reluctant. No foot towel provided inspite of repeated requests. Even restaurant staff were slow and said that the cook can not manage multiple

Great hotel with nice rooms and friendly and helpful stuff, good room service . Feeling like being at home. The rooms are spacious, with a big window, nice bed and ok view. Very close to the Sai Baba temple. I had a lovely time. The restaurant is correct.

Very nice experience. Hotel team has really worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. Food at the hotel was really nice. Rooms were quite good in size. Other basics stuff like hot water. Room service and even behavior of the team was all quite good and pleasant.
