Rooms and food are worst. The treatment by staff is not good. We have booked the rooms with breakfast. But breakfast was not eatable.

Our stay at dwaraka was good. The best part is temple is very to to the hotel. Restaurants are just few meters away. Overall good place to stay.

The property was very close to the main temple. However we had experienced frequent power cuts followed by generators backed up by the hotel. The ac was noisy, which was complained to the manager still, there were no actions. The hotel had maintained good cleanliness, but basic amenities like wardrobes, dressing table, shoe rakes were missing. Bathroom taps, showers were quite old & the mattress was not comfortable, this needs to be upgraded by the hotel for better comfort. Please beware of fake hotel representatives waiting outside the hotel & will take you to their stores & will force you to buy normal rates prasad items etc in a very high rate, which are not allowed to take inside the mandir.

The rooms are of good size, the service given by the hotel was good. The ac was working very well. They had generator backup working for more than 4 hours at a go which was also supporting ac.

Excellent location with good service and amenities. Stay was very pleasant and courteous and polite staff. Overall, stay was definitely worth the price and one of the best stay options in shirdi.

Very good place for stay. Very closer to saibaba temple. Nice staff. Very good service. Very clean rooms. Washroom also clean.
