Kb, s me jo abhi maneger he usko customer se baat kese karate he usko tamij nah i he. customer ko jo bhi service chahiye kabhi nah i deg a our customer ko egnore karega is lye mene nisarg hotel me jana band kiya. Purr staff preshan he usase ye bat muje staff ne hi batayi he.

I booked this hotel due to excellent reviews. I am sure that these reviews are not genuine. Other than behaviour of staff everything was bad. Rooms and washrooms are not maintained and cleaned properly. Lift not working. So many power cuts at night.

Room service is pathetic. it took 45 min to deliver us simple coffee, tea and sandwiches at the room, water bottles ordered never reached us night, I recommend to go down to the restaurant instead of waiting for the order to be delivered.

Location was good, near sai temple. Food at zyka restaurant was good. Good service. However, no ac. Complementary pick up and drop to the temple was available. Good rom service.

Stayed at this hotel during a business trip for almost a week. The staff is very polite and attentive. Interacted with the owner. He is very dedicated towards maintaining the best quality experience. The rooms, linen, washroom and the premises are clean and tidy. They provided toiletries and packaged drinking water. Their restaurant is not only ambient, but also serves quality food. I had a very comfortable stay during one of the most hectic work week. Kudos to mr. Wakchaure!
