Rooms & Amenities: Guests frequently praised the spacious rooms, cleanliness, and modern amenities such as attached balconies, tea/coffee makers, microwaves, refrigerators, and kitchenettes. The fresh linen and well-maintained facilities were appreciated.

Although the rooms were ok. Price and location were off. The hotel is almost in the middle of fields. Kind of secluded. Nearest restaurant or eatery (if you decide to go out and eat) is far. Walking to that is not possible as the road is deserted and dark. No street lights.

Dining area is not frequently clean, there was a shortage of utensils and had to wait for 10 to 15 mins just for the plates and cutlery. Pick and drop service is also not managed that well. As the hotel is situated out of the area of the popular roads and safe area. In the night time there are no street lights and a small road leads to this hotel so it's not convenient to travel on your own. Now drop will be okay but pick up was horrible as i have to wait for 40 mins for my pick up to happen and because of the location of the hotel it is impossible to go by your own self. The hotel staff is helpful and lift area is there. Its an alright hotel not that i will recommend anyone to stay here until it is absolutely necessary. Late fees was charged 500 inr for me to stay post my stay (for 3 hours) which was fine by me however the reception attendant was adamant not to transfer the money to the hotels scanner but wanted me to transfer the funds to his personal account. So i refused and transferred the amount to the hotels scanner instead. For proof purposes. I am not sure if that's the trend or something was off the hook. Overall l average hotel experience i have had better previous experience in shirdi.
