Pirika Rera Hotel

I am planning a return visit with my beloved family. I had a good rest thanks to the delicious meal and outstanding hot spring water. The staff were all friendly and nice, so it was comfortable to stay alone.

My husband and I visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were interested in the indoor bath with free-flowing spring water from the Moor Onsen and the teppanyaki course meal, so we were looking forward to going there once. To get straight to the point, we got sick with the oysters that were served right after the teppanyaki course appetizer! I don't know if the smoked food was not cooked properly, or if there was a problem with the freshness of the oysters themselves, but towards the end of the course meal, I felt sick and went to the bathroom, but I felt like I was going to throw up, but I couldn't. After that, I lay down in the room and took stomach medicine, but instead of getting better, I felt worse and worse, and I couldn't even get into the indoor bath. Finally, around midnight, I was hit with strong nausea and spent about an hour in the bathroom, struggling and vomiting, and then I was hit with strong stomach pains and had diarrhea several times until the early hours of the morning. I barely slept and had no energy to eat breakfast at all. When I told the hotel staff that my husband wanted to go to a hospital he had found online, they directed us to another municipal hospital, and a female staff member came into the examination room, and the doctor in charge insisted that it was not food poisoning, and would not listen to my opinion at all. I could only assume that they were in contact with that hospital because they didn't want to have to close the business if food poisoning occurred. Before eating dinner, I had not felt unwell at all, and in fact I was in perfect health and was looking forward to the hotel's course meal, but even though the hotel's ingredients and cooking made us suffer so much, the staff seemed cold and we left the hotel without a single apology from the person in charge. It was the first time in my life that I paid over 30,000 yen per person and suffered such painful food poisoning. I have no choice but to accept that the hospitality was not worth the price, but it ruined our precious anniversary and it was like throwing money down the drain. I never want to go through this again. I don't want anyone who goes here to have to go through the same pain as me, so I dared to write down the facts. Even after I got home, I didn't feel better for a while and I realized how terrible food poisoning can be. I want my money back!

以前から動画サイトでチェックしていたので、北海道への帰省時に実家の母や母方の親戚と一緒に滞在いたしました。 お部屋にマッサージチェアがあり、真っ先に使いリラックス。 アメニティ類も豊富に揃えてあり、気持ち良く滞在できました。 モール温泉は源泉かけ流しとのこと。確かにちょっと熱かったのですが、窓を開け外からの風を受けながらの半身浴が心地良かったです。 朝の貸し切り風呂も新緑と鳥のさえずりに囲まれ、解放感に浸りました。 ライトアップされる夜にも入れば良かったと、ちょっと後悔。 モールの泉質が肌に合ったようで、化粧水無しでも肌の突っ張り感がなかったのには驚きです！ 夕食でいただいた白老牛は最高でした！ シェフさんが「食材に恵まれている所」とおっしゃるだけあって、どのメニューも満足できるものばかりでしたが。 スタッフの方々には細かな点まで配慮いただき、本当にお世話になりました。 一泊だけでしたが、母や叔母達にも喜んでもらえて、こちらのホテルを選んで良かったと思います。

I realized the meaning of the popularity of a hotel with a very high rating. We had a wonderful time with customer service, food, and hot springs, even though it was a small hotel. I think it's a hotel where you can't know how good it is unless you go there once. It's not a so-called luxury resort hotel, but it's a hotel that makes you feel good about staying. People who are accustomed to upper hotels will surely be "eye-opening". Recommended.

一人での宿泊。やはり夕食のフレンチは緊張しますよね。しかし、シェフもスタッフの方も気持ち良く接してくださり、ゆったりと時間をかけてお料理を堪能いたしました。モール温泉も初めてでしたが、トロッ、すべすべ。翌朝の化粧ノリが良かった事は嬉しいかぎりです。朝食の品も沢山。山盛りのイクラに黒大豆の納豆。御飯がすすみ、帰ったらダイエットしなくてはなりませんね(笑)
