Amazing
GGuest UserShort but perfected because I chose a very satisfying hotel. I took a two-and-a-half hour car to see the Pacific Ocean soak in the hot springs and came to Baibin, but it rained. The hotel's pick-up service was very intimate. It was raining heavily halfway through the shopping. Lao Bai came to pick it up in person, because he had to catch the plane the next day, and he had no time to eat breakfast. He also helped to prepare the lunch to avoid being hungry. The children are also very happy. Next time I have the opportunity, I will definitely go to Baibin again! Of course, I will choose Haiyue.
QQizhuonainiuheniunaiyeGreat stay experience, I thought that the hotel for more than 200 nights should not be bad, but I didn't expect it to be higher than expected.
The location is actually OK, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to Bailiangbin Beach, and it is also very close to the bus station. It can be reached directly in three to five minutes.
Back to the hotel itself, the room is actually quite big, no matter whether one person or two people are more than enough, it is a tatami with a layer of quilt, the air-conditioned bathroom is very clean, although it is an old hotel, but it is really clean, there is a feeling of living in the wild.
The attitude of the front desk staff is also very good, the grandfather and grandmother are very patient, the charger forgot to bring it and lent it to me immediately.
It is worth mentioning that Baibin Hot Spring, this bathhouse is quite big, and there is an open-air shower place. It is very suitable for couples to travel or group travel, and it is a bit hairy to live alone hahahaha.
The whole is very recommended, next time I come to Baibin, I will choose this one if I have the opportunity, continue to cheer.
GGuest UserThe seaside room is very large, clean and comfortable, with an open-air footbath. Although the bath is not too big, the environment is comfortable. The resting area is large, with a library, massage machine, etc.
There are free drinks, alcohol, soda and coffee in the lobby and rest room.
The food in the restaurant is rich and delicious. I booked breakfast and dinner, both in buffet style. You can cook your own fish for breakfast and steam seafood for dinner.
MMrsLauLouisaFront office staff is very nice.
It is great to enjoy a live piano music after a Italian dinner in the Bar.
The hot spring design with very nice sea view.
GGuest UserI stayed here after holding a hula dance class in Shirahama.
On the day, the open-air bath was unusable due to a burst pipe, so I was told to quickly use a nearby hot spring, but it was late and the nearby hot spring was closed, so I was unable to use it.
A staff member arranged for me to use the hot spring bath at a nearby inn, and I was able to take a bath. It was a high-class inn.
Also, since it was raining, they also provided transportation, even though I had not requested it. I had intended to just take a shower in my room, but I was really glad that I was able to take a bath in the hot spring, which I had been looking forward to.
Even after checking out, I was able to use the shared space on the second floor.
I will use this again when I stay in Shirahama.
The staff were very helpful and it was very nice.
There is a shared kitchen, so you can cook breakfast.
GGuest UserVery good. The service of the store is very good. The front desk can speak Chinese. The people are super gentle. The sea view is worth it. It is very beautiful. It is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring after a day of shopping. Recommended! (The room is a bit big and may be a bit cold. Then my friend and I are not used to the Japanese breakfast. But it is still very convenient and comfortable to eat in the morning. It depends on your opinion.
GGuest UserThis time, I stayed in a suite room on the 10th floor for two nights.
Almost all the staff are foreigners, but they all work hard and can speak and understand Japanese almost normally, so there was no problem because they were foreigners.
However, the curtain in the large public bath is still dirty, and I was surprised that it had been dirty for five weeks and had not been washed, probably because the hotel's executives were not on patrol.
The carpet on the floor was also dirty and worn, and this is because it was left to deteriorate over time, but it is a state that cannot be found in a first-class hotel, and it is a shame that they have foreign staff who work hard.
*This may be the same everywhere, but this time I encountered a male staff member slacking off again.
When I went to the large public bath at 9 o'clock after breakfast, a male staff member was sitting on a chair and playing.
When they saw me, they would hurriedly clean up, but last week, a staff member got naked, took his smartphone and went to the open-air bath and talked while bathing, so it seems that male staff members have a habit of slacking off.
*There are sauna mats provided, but after checking in I went to the large public bath early to use the sauna, and found a large number of used mats there.
They were still there in the same state in the morning, and I thought they probably hadn't been properly washed, so I didn't use the sauna.
It seems that executives should be patrolling the area.
GGuest UserWe stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, with breakfast. Breakfast was basic.
The room was small, luckily we didn't have much luggage, in general it was clean. There's no bathroom/shower in the room, which we knew when we booked, but didn't expect there's no toilet or even a sink in the room. There aren't that many toilet on each floor and you do have to walk a fair bit, so if you or your family need to use the toilet at night then you should have second thought.
The osen area is clean but not too big, and it was crowded when I went, so if you like some privacy then will need to either go very early or very late at night.
RRuiThe hotel is equivalent to domestic Samsung, but the room is large, one double bed and one single bed, two double sofas, one massage chair. Right to the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs and very close to the bus stop. If you don't buy a day card in Shirahama, the bus needs to pay cash, and various kinds of transportation cards such as watermelon cards will not work. One poise and two foods, the meal is not luxurious, but it is definitely an experience. If there is an introduction, there will be a special person to send it to the room. Someone from the store will help with the luggage, drive the door, and send a farewell. Hot springs are 150 yen per person. This time, the children who were under 6 years old did not receive extra money for accommodation, and there was no extra charge for sharing meals with adults.
GGuest UserThe room is very general, it is the worst I have ever lived, that is, cheap, but the health is not flattering, and the check-in is not smooth, I have a front desk when I arrive at the store, but I don’t give it to me. I have to handle it by email. I can’t handle it on Android mobile phones. Then the front desk secretly disappeared and did not appear. I could not handle it. In the end, Trip.com could not solve it in the middle of the night, but recommended to me a Chinese to help me handle it successfully. I only lived in. I could go to see the sunset and see the fire. I was affected and very angry.
