The hotel is located on a hill and needs to be reached by climbing a slope. The front desk and guest rooms also require stairs to go up. The hotel has its own parking lot, no additional charge is required.
The hotel staff are not very friendly and are rather dull. They don't even say good morning or hello to guests. We went to the front desk with our big luggage, but they had no intention of helping us open the door (we didn't ask them to help with the luggage, we just wanted them to help open the door). It didn't feel like home at a Japanese hotel at all. The large public bath has indoor and open-air bathing areas, but the indoor bathing pool is generally unhygienic and has traces of mold in the pool. Just stayed in room 303, the room has a view of Entsuki Island, but the toilet has a sewer smell, the exhaust fan should be turned on all the time.
