The facilities are still good. The hot spring is very comfortable. However, the drinks are not as good. I suggest changing them back to the apple juice and grape juice. The Kaiseki cuisine is still good. The waiter speaks good Chinese.

Get off at Shin-Yuzaki Station and turn right uphill to get there. It's also convenient to eat nearby and is close to several major attractions in Shirahama. The lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese is very welcoming. When checking in, she carefully explained the steps for preparing hot springs in the evening. The room was also given on the 7th floor, the highest floor. It's a pity that there was a typhoon these few days. It would have been a blessing to come back and soak in a private hot spring after visiting the attractions. Although the hotel has a sense of age, it has been renovated and is very cost-effective. The lady proudly said that her hot spring ♨️ is certified!

- nicely designed and well maintained hotel, very quiet
- away from the Main Street, not very convenient, shuttle bus is very limited, only two in the morning to the train station, you have to book in advance
- no gym or pool or a la carte restaurant options
- great ocean view from the room, lobby and Onsen
- service was subpar, the onsen floor was slippery, I fell and injured my hand and feet, had two medicated plasters from the reception and that was it
- lots of people were taking photos in the mixed bath onsen???

We are self driving from JR Wakayama to Shirahama about 2 hours, nice place and good location because can see the sunshine with nice beach view.
The onsen is super nice view face to the beach/sea and peaceful. Hotel breakfast is very delicious with traditional Japan and Western style , there is alot of choice too.
The staff is helpful to carry on our bag and luggage. The hotel reception have a convenient shop for us to buy the souvenir. I will be back again, thank you!

My stay is okay. My feeling is that the hotel is overcharged considering what it offered. For this price, i would expect more facilities to be provided in the hotel. I stayed two night and the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are completely the same for two days. My suggestion is that joining dinner buffet for one day is enough as the next day will be bored.

As an old local resort hotel in Japan, it is really awesome, the experience is full, and the hygiene is really good. Although the hotel is relatively old, hahahahahaha, it is great to be able to maintain it like this! The private bath is very clean, the ice cream is also very delicious, and the breakfast is also very good.

The facilities are complete and the details are in place. The hot springs are very comfortable and relaxing. The four hot springs have their own characteristics. After the bath, I came out of the vending machine and got a bottle of milk. It was so comfortable.
We will welcome you on the hill of the famous spring "Shirahama Onsen" in Kishu Wakayama.

Location: The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the bus station Jiangjinliang, but there is a section of uphill road, walking is more tired. However, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Baibin Station and needs to be reserved in advance.
Food: Early and late are traditional Japanese meals. If you like raw cold food, you must like it. If you don't love seafood, it is recommended not to include meals. The hotel refrigerator drinks are free to drink, and 24-hour snacks milk and ice cream are also provided.
Service: Very polite and polite, the waiter will take the initiative to say hello every day.
Hygienic: The room is very new and the hygiene is very good.
Hot springs: No large baths, all are private soup. Can see the sea, but far away.
If you come back to Baibin, you will choose again.

GGuest UserVery good, first of all, the location is extremely convenient, 20 meters next to the three-stage wall bus station, get off the bus, and go back to the three-stage wall.
Secondly, the room is large, clean and beautiful, and it is very comfortable to sleep. Although it is a shared bathroom, there is more than one. I didn't encounter the situation when I used it. It should be noted that the bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, cleanser foam, but there is no toothbrush, there may be a toothbrush but I didn't see it. I brought my toothbrush and I didn't ask.
The couple who ended up running the hotel were very friendly and I felt very warm, thank you!
GGuest UserFirst of all, the environment is very clean and the location is easy to find. You can take the bus directly from the JR station to Shirahama Station. You can walk there in five minutes according to the navigation. The owner's sister is a Chinese compatriot who has lived in Japan for many years. The breakfast prepared for the guests is also very exquisite. Knowing that the baby had a birthday that day, she specially prepared noodles and poached eggs in the morning, which was a surprise for the baby who loves noodles. On the last day, she also helped us book the best restaurant in this trip to Japan. The B&B is on Ginza Street. There are delicious restaurants around the B&B. The white sand beach is a five-minute walk across the street. I will choose here next time I come to Shirahama.
GGuest UserFrom Kansai Airport to Hineno #Kuroshio, go to Shirahama (buy a JR wide area pass to reserve a seat) and choose a seat facing the sea to watch the CD, but it is actually very short, just one minute.
🚞There are two ways to get to the hotel from JR Shirahama Station ① Hot Spring Association free bus 1500/1700 B Shun Road ② The bus goes directly to the hot spring station
🚌Hot Spring Association Free Bus
Departing from various hotels in the morning, you can go to scenic spots or Shirahama Station. There are two flights in total. You can make a reservation with the hotel front desk the day in advance.
🏨The hotel is in a very good location, opposite Shirahama Beach. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we were there, or it must be very beautiful. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it takes a quarter of an hour to walk to the supermarket/daiso, which is generally very convenient.
There is a soup on the second floor. Men's soup and women's soup will be exchanged every other day, so that all guests can experience the smell of sulfur. There is also free tea on the second floor, and there is a children's playground next to it. The room facilities are very average and old, but very clean, which is fine.
GGuest UserConvenient location, get off the bus is the hotel, the hotel large bath is very comfortable, soundproofing facilities are very poor, not suitable for children to stay, hotel meal quality is average, just full, staff work mechanically, did not listen to the needs of guests, because we are on trip.com Booking, the hotel staff made a mistake and forcibly charged the fee for one more child, although in the end Trip .com had a refund of the fee, because the fee issue lingered in the hotel for nearly an hour, it felt very bad not to receive assistance, resulting in a very unpleasant journey that day.
Finally, I want to talk about a fairly large hotel, no staff who understand basic simple English.
CCinderella PrincessIf I come to Shirahama alone next time, I will still choose this hostel.
During the off-peak season, you are very likely to have a room for one person, and each room is divided into four single rooms, so you don't disturb each other.
The key is that the location is just opposite Shirahama, and there is Marriott on the mountain next to it. Marriott is 1500, and here is 170.
The hot spring ♨️ in the hostel is also very good, with a relatively high water temperature, which is super refreshing. For such a cheap price, there is also breakfast, which is very simple, with bread, eggs, and coffee.
Take the Meiko bus 🚌 from Shirahama Station to S-16 or S-17 Mabiyu Station, and get off. MU is a pink building on the slope between the two stations.
The front desk service is very enthusiastic, you can wash and dry clothes, and you can lock and store your luggage yourself🛅Perfect
HhotctThe hotel is in a very good location, right next to the Sanrei Exit. Turn left at the entrance and you will see the bus stop. If you come from the JR station, you can take the bus directly to the hotel entrance. This bus stop is the express bus stop that goes directly to Osaka, so it is very convenient overall. The hotel has a hot spring, and there are three outdoor baths with different styles. The buffet breakfast is also very good, and the window seats have an unbeatable view. There is just no service, and you have to make your own bed on the floor, but at this price, it is also a high cost-effectiveness. Dinner needs to be booked in advance, but there is a ramen restaurant on the right hand side of the hotel
GGuest UserThe staff are enthusiastic and proactive in providing help in many aspects, such as restaurants and maps of nearby shopping streets!
Although the hotel is a bit old, it is very comfortable and relaxing to enjoy your own hot spring in the room! It was also our wedding anniversary just now. When the staff learned about it, they sent blessing words and small gifts, which was very heartwarming!
RRuiThe hotel is equivalent to domestic Samsung, but the room is large, one double bed and one single bed, two double sofas, one massage chair. Right to the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs and very close to the bus stop. If you don't buy a day card in Shirahama, the bus needs to pay cash, and various kinds of transportation cards such as watermelon cards will not work. One poise and two foods, the meal is not luxurious, but it is definitely an experience. If there is an introduction, there will be a special person to send it to the room. Someone from the store will help with the luggage, drive the door, and send a farewell. Hot springs are 150 yen per person. This time, the children who were under 6 years old did not receive extra money for accommodation, and there was no extra charge for sharing meals with adults.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a large free parking lot. It is very close to park outside and then go to the front desk to check in... The waiter will drive to each room. If you check in during peak hours, the waiting time for the battery car is very long. Overall, it is a resort suitable for one experience. Breakfast and dinner are quite satisfactory... Next to the toretore seafood market, the location is still great!
GGuest UserThe handsome guy at the front desk upgraded the room, so I had a twin room with unparalleled sea views. The hotel has buses to and from the JR station, and the nearest bus stop, Oura, is within walking distance. Most of the Japanese come here for vacation, and there are almost no Chinese.
