L’esperienza stupenda! Camera bellissima (camera n’1 al primo piano), spazio da e curata in ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo cenato per tutte e 2 le sere che ci siamo fermati, menù buono e prodotti di qualità! Daniele e Martina, host davvero gentilissimi e e simpatici. Lo consiglio sia per la posizione per girare le Cotswold, sia per chi cerca un po’ di pace in un posto favoloso

Les plus : le cottage charmant constitué d’un bâtiment principal chaleureux et authentique (nous sommes venus en juillet mais j’imagine parfaitement m’y sentir bien devant la cheminée en hiver) , d’une cours fleurie où l’on peut prendre ses repas (sauf le petit-déjeuner servi à l’intérieur) et d’un autre bâtiment dans la cours où était située notre grande chambre charmante (grand lit confortable, thé / café / lait / eau , wifi fonctionnant bien, au calme). Délicieux petit - déjeuner frais servi avec le sourire. Bravo à tout le personnel pour la qualité du service, y compris le manager italien toujours souriant, engageant et généreux . Parking gratuit (quelques places) Les moins : peu de choses à redire , les chambres sont un peu sonores mais comme toutes les maisons anciennes. Bon rapport qualité - prix et bonne ambiance expérience client, nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons cet établissement qui le mérite.

Randomly discover this place by passing by. We stopped for a beer and snack but we ended up for an early dinner.. nice and cozy pub and an outstanding back garden with bbq and pizza oven. We tried both pizza and gnocchi e the food was great. Staff was very “welcomy” and the Italian waiter was funny… I barely find pub attractive but this had something special!

My second stay and even better than the first. I was upgraded to the cob - a beautiful round in an annex round the back. Beautifully decorated, quiet and amazing bathroom. I sat out in the garden for a drink in the evening - the pizza oven was churning out some gorgeous pizzas. Lovely breakfast. Great service. Great value.

This is the most lovely of destinations. A perfect Cotswold stay, super nice quiet and friendly. Rooms are the perfect relaxation spot , very well layed out and decorated with lovely tea and coffee. Staff were exceptional and super friendly. Evening food and breakfast very spot even for the gluten free request (quite rare). Could not fault in anyway and will be returning.

Set in a picture postcard village in the Cotswolds, the Swan Inn was everything I expected. A lovely olde world building with a nice pub and restaurant with a lovely warm, informal atmosphere. The food was excellent as was the service from friendly staff. The room was was beautiful with a comfy bed, nice bathroom, decent TV, WiFi and well stocked with tea / coffee and free bottles of water each day. As well the restaurant there is an internal courtyard to enjoy drinks or dinner alfresco with the added bonus of being able to order a freshly prepared pizza from the the woodfired oven. I’d recommend the Swan highly and would certainly stay here again. Its location is also good for touring the Cotswold area.

Of every place we stayed in England, this would be my first choice to return to. It's beautiful and peaceful and off the beaten path. Our room was clean and quaint, and the included continental breakfast was great. We walked around the charming town and it is a perfect English countryside village.

We stayed as 2 x couples in The Pen and Cob rooms just round the corner from the pub and they were both delightful! Ground floor, so great for my parents who aren’t able to climb stairs. Lovely comfortable beds with quality bed linen, gorgeous complimentary toiletries and ample tea/coffee making facilities. We ate in the pub both nights, food and service were top notch. The pizza in the garden was fabulous! Breakfast, although continental, was plentiful and satisfies our needs although we did opt for a cooked breakfast one morning. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. We will definitely return!

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay- lovely room, toiletries, great breakfast, staff were friendly and the outdoor area was lovely in the sun. However we were surprised that the hotel/ pub closed up at 11pm on a Saturday evening so when we got back from dinner we found ourselves locked out. Turns out we hadn’t been given a side door key on arrival. All was resolved but was a little surprised! We also found the rooms to have very very thin walls and floors.. so we were woken up by other guests very early
