要不是朋友預訂這家我們是不會選擇入住的，一點服務意識都沒有，住2號樓要走很長一段路又遇上下雨，問能不能幫忙送行李或者給我們開車送進去，不迴應，房間非常老舊，進入房間發現有未收拾的一次性餐具，水壺外面一層污垢，地上還有一些薯片碎，吧枱玻璃一層灰塵，廁所還算乾淨，看到洗浴用品就很好笑了，三合一的洗浴品，住這麼多酒店第一次遇到，早餐非常簡陋，衹有一碗小鍋米線還算可以，綠化是不錯，但廊橋老舊破損，湖裡的水很臟！總之不信入住就會明白了，差評不是隨便給的

避雷，酒店硬件設施老舊，進門就有黴味。晚上洗完頭用吹風機的時候，檔位縫隙裏蹦出火花。存在巨大的安全隱患。要不是及時拔出插頭，後果不可設想。打電話告知前台，客房人員就衹是拿了另一個來換掉。酒店由始至終沒有人來處理這個事情。

酒店環境不錯，綠植水域都很舒服，服務也不錯，就是房間的設施太老舊了，早點品種極少，味道一般，能吃飽的水準。

園林景觀非常大氣漂亮，房間帶陽台很好，就是設施有點老舊，早餐品種少但也滿足基本需求，味道也不錯，停車場很大，隨便怎麼停都沒問題
