We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid, the room is extremely big compare with Japan’s hotel. It is good for stay over. Also I try their dinner in onsen restaurant. It is good and valuable.

施設整備の為、日帰り入浴はお断りさせていただきます。という看板が出されており、宿泊客以外は入浴できないという事なのか、目の前に家族で居るのに従業員三人いましたがフルシカトでした。遠方にある施設だけに無茶な看板と対応に愕然としました。

4泊しましたがフロントのスタッフの方がすごく親切な方々で，毎日の鍵の受け渡しなど気持ちよく行えました．
部屋は広くて快適でした．
古さはありましたが，清掃がきちんとされていると思いました．
喫煙室だったのか？（灰皿はありませんが）と思うような匂いを感じました（敢えてマイナスの点をつけるならそこでしょうか）．
ユニットバスは古さを感じますが，お風呂は温泉に行ったので特に不便を感じませんでした．
ドアの開け閉めがしづらい，ドアのぶが動きづらい，ドアの内側の内装が一部剥げている，などありましたがこれらは海外のホテルではよくあることなのであまり気になりませんでした．
温泉は広々していて，特に時間を外さなくてものんびりとできました．
に帰り入浴も行っているので，外が暗くなってからの方が空いているように感じました．
朝ごはんは新得そばが用意されていて，毎日美味しくいただきました．7時から9時（8時半ラストオーダー）ですが，少し早めに行っても利用させてもらえたのはありがたかったです．
公共交通機関はバスがありますが，本数が少ないので車での利用になるかと思います．
看板があるので，特に迷うことなくたどり着けました．
周りには本当にお店がありません．フロント近くの売店と朝食をいただいたレストランがありますが，私が滞在していた期間は夕食どきは「貸切営業」だったので，食料はしっかりと確保してくることをお勧めします．
洗濯機や自動販売機があり，その隣の電子レンジも活用しました．
