非常欽佩Zack村長領導下的G.O.團隊給客人帶來的熱情而周到的服務。感謝Nova小姐給予我們的中文入住指引。特別感謝Petit Club的Pristy和Alaia老師對我們的孩子的看護和陪伴。感謝Nathan和Austin的户外活動指引，使我更全面的瞭解整個園區的環境。村外的漂流活動給我和我的妻子留下非常美好的回憶，希望以後還能有機會再次參加。
美中不足的地方是，我們入住第一晚房間的冷氣系統出了故障，有連續很長時間的尖鋭噪聲，好在告知前台後，客房服務給我們調整到了安靜的房間。
餐廳的自助餐每天都有調整，食材豐富而新鮮，我們對入住期間的食物非常滿意。
總之，Club Med Tomamu是非常理想的度假目的地酒店，我會推薦給身邊的朋友來此體驗，並且我和我的家人在未來也會繼續來此地度假。

總體還不錯， 小朋友玩的開心。 人不少，但還蠻有秩序的。 村外漂流很有意思，大家很有激情。水上教堂晚上去很漂亮。

酒店的活動很多，但部分有年齡限制，孩子還是很喜歡的。因為天氣原因沒有坐成索道去看雲海。酒店對面就是個巨大的泳池，夏天裡麪很多人玩。

酒店有一些年份了，設施都比較陳舊，可供小朋友玩的設施也不多，餐食也一般，選擇不多。不過工作人員都很好，大家都很熱情，除了前台有一位日本籍女生，入住幾天每次見她都是黑着臉，態度十分惡劣。特別表揚前台的Nova小姐姐，非常熱心幫助客人，還主動幫客人解決交通問題，十分感謝她！

房間很大，每日都打掃的乾淨整潔。總體挺滿意的，離游泳池非常近，一日三餐安排很不錯，超出預期了。泳池一樓有室外泡湯可以去體驗一下，玩累了一天放鬆很不錯的。
