Rooms were neat and clean, properly maintained. Amenities like lifts were not maintained well. Lift wasn't working so we had to use stairs every time. Bathrooms were clean but not properly maintained, broken things are not repaired or replaced. Faucet wasn't there in one room, so we got the room changed, but the tap of the sink in the other bathroom wasn't well maintained.

Hotel is worse than. No clean bedsheet. Tap broken. Mosquito. Hotel didn't give us family at first but had to fight & get it

It was not pleasant at all. No proper entrance to hotel no was useless and very very old with only kannada free channels only. No hindi or english channel was there. No proper reception counter was there and the person sitting there was totally illiterate and does not know how to make the bill

It was decent place to stay and we didn’t have any major problem. Staff were courteous. Hotel has ample parking place. It’s centrally located and convenient to locate.

Hotel charges rs. 1300, no ac, the hot water system is complicated, no food or tea provided. But they accommodated a last minute booking luckily and have a nice basement parking, rooms need to be cleaned

Initially could not understand car parking place and had to take u turn because it’s one way. Second round i called them and found plenty of parking space underground. Stay was convenient and comfortable. Staff was very cooperative. Rooms were good too. It’s near park area and good restaurants around.
