There was a system error when making the reservation, and both dinner and breakfast were set as take-out, but when I explained that this was not mentioned in the reservation email, they changed it so that both meals would be eaten in the restaurant.

but the hotel was more decorated than when we stayed before, and the kids were happy.

Unfortunately it rained on the day of our stay, but the view of Shirahama Beach from the hotel was amazing. After checking out, I realized I had left something behind and contacted them, who handled it very courteously and delivered it to my house the next day. My luggage was also beautifully wrapped, which I thought was wonderful. I realized that a first-class hotel should provide first-class hospitality as well. Thank you very much.
