真正的民宿，老闆一家就住在同一個院子裏。在這個空間的功能和風格定位已經明確下來的基礎上，老闆盡了極大努力提升住客的舒適感。優缺點都很明顯，適合一些住客羣體。就優點或者説特色而言，建築本身是用心維護的老宅，保留了精美的裝飾，院子裏待着很舒服；老闆是本地人，熱情，健談，往來朋友也多。缺點則似乎難以改善。1）衞生間和淋浴間在屋外是老生常談，但值得説些細節：衹有蹲式廁所，冬天衞生間裏挺冷，二樓沒有衞生間而樓梯很陡，淋浴間很小也沒有乾濕分離，多人用水的時候水壓不足。2）同一個空間裏除了民宿功能外還有對外營業的咖啡店酒吧茶室功能，帶來了更多的人員和不可控的夜間噪音，且不禁煙除影響環境外，更是對木結構建築和其中住客的極大安全隱患-這點希望能改。

在生活館逗留一晚，剛好趕到石屏一年的最低温，衹有2-6度，在院子和公區都有點冷，好在有火盆有熱茶有電褥子伺候，還算温暖。老闆老闆娘都很熱情，心裏很暖。若是氣温給力，我相信體驗感倍增。
我對這種老建築情有獨鍾，不管去哪裡，都要體驗一下，特別是這種有文藝氣息的，那就更好不過了。在網上看到生活館的第一眼，就決定要體驗了，早早的定下。儘管和預期有些許的不一樣，但非常值得體驗，整體超預期
第一感覺房間比預想的小，尤其第一眼，覺得怎麼可以這麼小。不過慢慢接受，第二天反而覺得足夠用了。老房子改造侷限很多，我非常理解。小卧室帶來了全程9天最舒服的一晚睡眠，床墊軟硬適中而有支撐感，被窩温暖，在幾度左右的室温中睡的非常滿足。衞生間也和預期的不一樣，但也很有心，乾淨衞生，都很齊全，完全沒問題。
一層基本是公區，看書寫字喝茶都沒問題，衹是天氣太冷，坐不住。豆腐我也沒烤，完全吃不下。品嚐了老闆的生茶和手沖，很好喝，不能錯過，要是在體驗一些小酒就更好了，衹是當晚有點沒條件哈。
位置離文廟書院兩分鐘，吃喝玩樂，哪哪都方便。整體我都很喜歡，值得體驗值得推薦。

老房子，環境很不錯，很靜。老闆是畫家，人很友善。鑒於房子原因，房間不大，沒有電視和衞生間，但是有公共的衞生間。去石屏旅遊，這家是十分值得居住的。大家可以考慮一下。

It is a very exquisite ancient residence on the edge of Shiping Ancient City. It is in very good condition and full of artistic and historical sense. 房間超級舒服！不拉窗簾，早晨陽光灑進來超級温暖，有家的感覺！衞生間雖然不在房間內但使用也超級方便，超級乾淨衞生！浴室也很乾凈！清晨走路三五分鐘就到古鎮大街上了，各大景點人都不多，很愜意。點杯茶或者咖啡可以待一下午，傍晚踩着民宿的自行車去異龍湖看日落也很好，晚上再喝點小酒，烤個豆腐，簡直不要太愜意。

一家寶藏民宿及藝術展廳，省級文物保護單位私宅改造，完美保留了老宅的精華，客房不多和展覽室空間佈局很好，兼休閑體驗於一體。老宅良好的保護、每個房間的精心佈局，床鋪的選材、洗漱用品的選擇都看得出兩位老師的用心和細心。隔音問題確實因建築本身問題不可避免，睡覺輕的朋友可先考量一下，其他都非常棒！推薦大家快來聽李老師、賴老師講石屏故事，體驗石屏的生活！

省保建築，100多年。不能拿現在酒店的要來對比。但老闆已經足夠用心。晚上去公區上廁所有徹夜的燈光，淋浴區也足夠舒適衞生。到訪老宅和住進去是不一樣的感受。
