Don't go by pictures, they're misleading. I was travelling with my parents on 28th April and had booked a triple occupancy room. Upon reaching the location we saw that it is situated at a high risk turn and very steep, all passengers have to get out of the car so that the car can climb the slope. Having ahead parents meant they had to walk the steep slope to get to the cottage. This was just the beginning- upon checking in we realised the room just has one standing fan, when requested if one more could be provided since we were three people, the lady who was managing there was extremy rude. They will not accommodate any request, I repeat any request! Truth be told I wanted to meet the owner/host as I had read about her but when I enquired if the owner would be visiting, one of the helpers said yes she might but the lady manager again responded very rudely saying the host never visits. When asked for wifi password they will route you to your room intercom device- information om network and password written there,but when you open your device you won't find the network, when you complain they will make faces and switch the router on which ultimately will be switched off in a matter of few minutes., if you qsk again they say not ohr issue. Breakfast is nothing but watery sambar tasting like hot boiled water with salt, onlh saving grace there is the bread toast and boiled egg(no omlettes). The staff is highly unbothered abd doesnt bothwr to respond and no staff will be on the property after 10 pm. The toilet seat was soiled when we checked in. Avoid avoid avoid!
