The hotel is very beautiful, service is also good. Food is just delicious. Special mention Mr. Pabitra.he is always there for any help. Room was no doubt very clean and comfortable. The location was also awesome as it is very near the bustling polo bazaar which has many shops and stalls.. It was overall a very nice experience 😊

Highly recommended hotel,in terms of the location,the hospitality ,the food and the cleanliness too.We had ordered tandoori mushroom ,chilli panneer,thupka soup ,thai veg curry and chicken starter..All of them were extremely yummy. Housekeeping guy Mr Pabitra was very helpful too..

Housekeeping is really nice. They cleaned the room well. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Bathroom accessories are good too. Highly recommend. Worth the price. Will visit again. Housekeeping dept. staff Pavitra was very helpful.

I came for the first time to Shillong with family and stayed in Hotel Polo Towers. Stayed here for three days. My stay was very comfortable. Room was and clean. The food was very good. House keeping staff was very cooperative specially Mr Pabitra. I would recommend and would like to stay here again.

We liked the hotel and its hostility. Convenient to the police Bazaar and other attractions. The housekeeping was great and special thanks to Pabitra for taking good care and make sure the room was clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Polo towers.
