Overall an impressive experience. Right from checking in to check out, the experience is good. The hotel is located right in the centre of the city and everything is quite near and walking. They provided a decoration for the room as it was my daughter’s birthday.

Vivanta by Tata is still no one in hospitality. Any minor changes done on the spot. Hassle free check in and checkout. In house dinning was amazing. The support staff was very helpful. Asked for hot pad , was made available in minutes. Tata is tata

Exceptional service. Special mention of Mercy who went out of her way to welcome us Food was excellent ***** with the service Rooms were comfortable but compact. Bathrooms are very tight Location is tooo central for my liking. Traffic jams all the time

Property is good but would not call it as great as other properties of Taj. It is a rather small property with only a few meters to walk around the property. The road outside the property is very busy. No pool and no recreation room. On the positive side, large and comfortable room, with great bed. Room service is good. Breakfast has a very wide choice accommodating everyone’s needs and is good quality. Overall a lovely five star property but is expensive, if compared to other five star hotel in the same locality.

The stay was a perfect blend of exceptional comfort and excellent service, making our holiday truly memorable. Right from check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful experience; though our stay was just for one day, we would definitely love to return.
