The bed is moderately soft and hard, and it feels gentle as soon as you lie down. The height of the pillow is just right, so that I, the person who recognizes the bed, sleeps well all night. This stay experience is perfect, next time you come here, you will definitely choose this one!

Really nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you. The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one. If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address. No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

The hotel has a parking lot, and there will be a cup of hot tea when you arrive at the store. The hotel staff will greet you when they meet, and they are very enthusiastic. It's also very comfortable to stay.

I like Miramar very much. The service is warm. Guests staying here can also enjoy the executive tea bar on the 28th floor with their room cards. This is very convenient. You can have tea and chat. Now many places may not be reliable even if they make an appointment. But when I got there, I saw that the big tea table was really reserved for me, and I felt at ease. We made a simple arrangement together and entertained my guests in the executive bar. Miss Lei Lei's service is very enthusiastic, and her name is also very easy to remember. She is a very good girl. It makes people feel very comfortable. Talking to guests in such an environment has become more efficient. I will come here again when I come to Shijiazhuang in the future, and I will recommend it to my friends around me.

Hotel room is fine. The staff at the front desk were kind, and spoke some English. My issue is that the walls are super thin, I was woken up in the middle of the night because the person in the next room was talking. I was able to clearly hear every word that the other guess said. The reception was kind enough to talk with the guess, after I called. But now I was plagued with the sound of that person snoring.

The hotel was originally a supporting facility for the water park, with floors 1 to 4 being the water park floors, and the 5th floor being reserved for water park accommodation, massage, etc., and being rented out as a hotel to increase efficiency. The rooms have been renovated but the decor is still traditional and acceptable. There is a fruit bowl for free, but the drinks in the refrigerator are charged, but the price is not marked! The worst thing is that the TV is a model from at least 20 years ago. It is thick and small, the reception is not clear, and the remote control is not very controllable! Renovate the whole house but don’t replace the TV? There is mainly a sports field next to the location, so there are no shopping malls, restaurants and other facilities. The bus stop is far away, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the airport bus.

The hotel is across the road from the north entrance of the Provincial Museum. The room on the 21st floor has a good view, complete facilities, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety, tastes good, and the service is thoughtful. I especially like the homemade yogurt, and the small cookies co-branded with the Provincial Museum are so cute! It is also very convenient to eat around. I like Gao Jianmin's donkey meat fire! Next time I come to the Provincial Museum, I will choose here again.

The point that has not worked is that the hygiene is OK, the bedding is OK, the deep sleep pillow pro is OK, but it is not as comfortable as said on the Internet. The disadvantage of Tucao is that the room can't be cleaned up in time for the full room. It has been three or four o'clock in the afternoon and it has been waiting for nearly an hour to have a room. Unless you add money to upgrade the room type, the profit of the full room is earned by Atour. The cost of waiting is borne by the customers who stay behind. Secondly, I have to re-record the license plate number every time I go out of the car. I am busy with the front desk. I have to wait for the door. Can I improve it? Check in the license plate and check out the record. Breakfast is not as rich and delicious as the Internet said, I can say it. The sound insulation is not good, and the next door has been snoring very clearly. Many hotels will also send souvenirs or see children who will give children toiletries, only Atour minimalist style 🤣. Sorry, I really can't like Atour anymore, I don't want to give a bad review, but I really don't want to give a full score.
