Ctrip willingly gave this hotel the first review. The service attitude is just right, not overly enthusiastic, but responsive. The child took a nap and asked for a late check-out to 2:30. I was ready to pay extra, but the front desk staff told me without hesitation to ask for it from the supervisor. The most important thing is that the hotel is clean and spacious, and the sleep is comfortable. We arrived very late that day and had planned to go to bed directly, but looking at the clean room, I felt embarrassed to go to bed without taking a shower... I have been to Shijiazhuang several times and stayed in different types of hotels, both more expensive and cheaper than this one, and this one is the most comfortable. The actual room is better looking and brighter than the photo. I will stay here again next time.

There was a small mistake when checking in, and it was dealt with quickly. The breakfast variety is very rich. There is a large supermarket, shopping is very convenient, and it was a good stay experience.

The stay exceeded expectations! The hotel lobby was cozy and comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, offering a smile the entire time. Checking in happened to be Chinese Valentine's Day, and they even gave us roses, which was a pleasant surprise. The room faced the sun and had great views and natural lighting. The game controller was very playable, allowing children to keep their hands free. The free parking and late check-out were especially great. I was rushed this time and didn't try the swimming pool or the gym. I'll definitely try it next time. Five points, highly recommended.
